Study On The Countermeasures Of The Ideological And Political Education Of Vulnerable Groups Among Contemporary College Students

College students are the dominant power of Chinese future whose growingexperiences and ideas directly effect social development of China. However,relatively vulnerable group of college students has appeared in the so-called ivorytower with the further reform of economic and political system in China andreformation of high education. The complexity of their situation perplexed their ownfuture meanwhile caused negative effects to the family, school and society, even thestability of college and social harmony. The method to guarantee the interests ofvulnerable groups among college students is not only the focus of academicdiscussion and attention from the entire society, but also the direction of ideologicaland political work in college.This thesis is aimed on efficient countermeasures in ideological and politicaleducation towards vulnerable groups of college students through analysis on thepredicament of them. It will use researching methodologies such as documentarymethods, social survey and comparative analysis through the new perspective ofcross study with sociology, ideological and political education and psychologyamong vulnerable groups.The researching on countermeasures will start with the clarification on the basicconception of vulnerable groups of college students. Then it will illustrate seventypes of this group and its problems. On this basis, the second part objectively dealswith the problem and its main reasons. The principle of will be confirmed afterserious consideration ultimately along with the countermeasures. It hopes to help alittle bit in the improvement of ideological and political education towardsvulnerable group in college’s students nowadays and in the change of these students,as well. This part is also a significant point in this thesis.
