Side kick is the core leg technique of modern sanda. The standard of its movement technique directly affects the effect of hitting and score in the match, thus affecting the result of the match. The comparative analysis of the surface emg and kinematics characteristics of the side kick technique of male and female athletes by scientific means and methods is helpful to understand the surface emg principles and kinematics characteristics of the different genders of the side kick technique of ssplay, which is of great significance to the improvement of athletes' competitive ability:This article mainly discusses the sanda secondary men and women athletes side kick technique comparison and analysis, through the analysis of their methods of electricity and kinematics characteristics, summed up the secondary side players kick the advantage and shortage of technical action and action of the same men and women athletes technology and differences, provide theoretical support for sanda side kick technique characteristics. The athletes participating in the experiment were 6 girls and6 boys from the freshmen to juniors majoring in traditional ethnic sports in jiangxi normal university. The research was carried out by means of literature, visual map analysis by Cite SpaceV software, experimental method and mathematical statistics method. The emg data and kinematics data of athletes were collected by the DELSYS16 channel wireless surface emg test system and APAS 3d image analysis system respectively. The following conclusions are drawn through experimental research:(1)The main working muscles of the female group were basically the same as those of the male group, with little difference. The main working muscles were the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle, the anterior tibial muscle and the lateral femoris muscle. The integral emg value of male and female rectus abdominis is the smallest and the difference with other muscles is too big, indicating that the muscles of second-level athletes are not balanced in exertion, only by thigh and calf muscles for side kick leg action, the muscle strength of lumbar abdominal muscles can not be ignored.(2)In the female group and the male group, the muscles with large RMS were tibial anterior, vastus lateralis and medial gastrocnemius. The lowest RMS were found in the gluteus maximus and rectus abdominis.Inadequate preparation can affect thedegree of muscle activation. The medial gastrocnemius muscle of the women's group was higher than that of the men's group, but the time required for each stage of the men's group was shorter than that of the women's group, indicating that the men's group paid more attention to the side kick leg speed.(3)The sequence of muscle activation in the men's group is as follows: firstly activate the muscles in the thigh and waist, and finally activate the muscles in the lower leg.In the female group, the muscles of the upper and lower legs were activated first, and the muscles of the lower back were finally activated. The sequence of muscle activation in the second level athletes is chaotic.(4)The reaction time of the female group was shorter than that of the male group. In general, the body weight had little effect on the reaction time of second-level athletes, and the reaction time was related to the training years of the athletes. It is a common problem for athletes of the second level that the hips and hips can't fully extend when kicking. The time of each stage except reaction time was shorter in the male group than in the female group.(5)There is a certain relationship between the body weight and the attacking time of the athletes. The athletes with small body weight are faster than the athletes with large body weight to kick the leg sideways.(6)In the knee lifting stage, the height of knee lifting directly affects the Angle of hip joint and knee joint.Step forward while lifting the knee and supporting the leg to tighten the thigh and torso, thighs and calves to the maximum. The smaller the Angle of the hip and ankle joints, the stronger the kick.(7)During the kick, the kick area of the sole will affect the change of the Angle of the ankle joint.
