As a major public health emergency,the new crown pneumonia epidemic is not only a real risk of infection,but also a risk of public opinion triggered by risk factors.In the development environment of Weibo social media,how to systematically understand public opinion and risks of public health emergencies,avoid the superposition of actual epidemic risk and network public opinion risks,and prevent and resolve major public opinion risks are important public opinion research topics facing the new era.The information ecosystem is composed of three basic elements: information,information man,and information environment,emphasizing the relationship and structural status of the system's constituent elements.This study refers to the perspective of information ecology and draws on risk theories such as risk society amplification theory,risk perception theory,and risk communication theory,and builds a public opinion ecosystem model for public health emergencies in Weibo,which provides an analysis of the public opinion ontology in the system.The elements,the main elements of public opinion and the elements of public opinion environment are analyzed in depth,and the sources and manifestations of public opinion risks in the public opinion ecosystem of public health emergencies are revealed.The formation and development of public opinion risk of public health emergencies are affected by the elements of public opinion,follow the development law of public opinion,and are the result of specific public opinion spreading power.Therefore,this article discusses the dissemination power of public opinion in public health emergencies,and combines the dissemination power to conduct an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of public opinion risk,and strive to provide a reference for the prevention of public opinion risk in public health emergencies.Studies have found that the triggering of objective events is the prerequisite for the generation of public opinion,and the forwarding behavior of the subject is an important factor affecting the spread of public opinion.The object of public opinion,the subject of public opinion and the environment of public opinion respectively provide motivation,motivation and inducement for the spread of public opinion on public health emergencies.Among them,security and social needs are the core requirements that drive the production and dissemination of public opinion by netizens,and mainstream media's microblog topic agenda setting and opinion leaders' guidance of public opinion are important driving forces for the spread of public opinion.In terms of the influencing factors of public opinion risk,this article puts forward the factors that affect public opinion risk,and combined with the new crown pneumonia incident,it points out from the objective event level that the high-risk attributes of objective events can easily derive the topic of public opinion risk;from the information level,false information is proposed.It is easy to affect the social mentality and media environment;from the level of informants,it is revealed that the mass and emotionality of netizens will exacerbate the spread of risks,media reports and deviations from agenda settings can mislead public information interpretation,and improper response to government crises can easily cause ripples of risk Effect: From the level of information environment,it is proposed that environmental pollution of public opinion will interfere with the interpretation of the subject's information.Finally,combined with the influencing factors of public opinion risk,this article discusses the prevention strategy of public opinion risk for public health emergencies.
