| Under the new media environment,sina weibo,with its characteristics of openness,low threshold and decentralization,has gathered a wide range of active users and become the main platform for the reporting of public opinion events and the evolution of network public opinion.Especially in public emergencies,as soon as the event occurs,media reports and public opinion will quickly gather in the microblog.Among them,the mainstream media,due to its authority and credibility,has become the main force in the reporting of public opinion events and the evolution of public opinion.The COVID-19 epidemic at the beginning of 2020 is a major public health emergency.Once it happened,it formed a public opinion explosion point on the sina weibo platform.Among all kinds of topics related to the epidemic,the mainstream media People’s Daily plays the role of authoritative information provider,mainstream public opinion leader and public opinion evolution driver.In People’s Daily in the process of follow-up reports of epidemic diseases,network public opinion has turned and irrational anomalies such as netizens opinion expression has an impact on social stability,so try to study factors influencing the effects of network public opinion evolution,on the basis of this puts forward to scientific response network public opinion,even for outbreak of emergent public health events is particularly important.This study takes the three elements of public opinion composition--the subject of public opinion,the object of public opinion and the ontology of public opinion as the analytical dimension,adopts the questionnaire survey method,content analysis method and text analysis method,takes sina weibo as the influential network public opinion gathering platform,and takes the mainstream media People’s Daily as the representative media.Analyzed the People’s Daily in sina weibo in the reports of epidemic diseases,and the resulting public opinion evolution,leading to changes in public opinion of the related influence factors are studied,the study found that public opinion is the subject,the object of public opinion,public opinion ontology influence public opinion,a variety of influencing factors as the independent variable targeting effect on the dependent variable "public opinion" to promote public opinion to evolution,Forming the evolution mechanism of public opinion.The first chapter analyzes the formation of network public opinion in the COVID-19 epidemic.When expatiating the reasons for the formation of public opinion,the paper combines communication with psychology to demonstrate the whole process of the network public opinion from the netizens’ individual implicit psychology to the explicit expression and finally forming the same trend in the netizens’ group.When explaining the fluctuation process of public opinion,the COVID-19 epidemic was divided into incubation period,outbreak period,extension period and recovery period according to the "life cycle" theory of emergency,so as to explore the changes of network public opinion with the progress of the event.In the second chapter,questionnaire survey was used to analyze the subjects of the People’s Daily’s network public opinion communication in the COVID-19 epidemic,and to restore the basic situation of the users concerned about the People’s Daily’s epidemic reports in terms of demographic attributes,degree of participation,and emotional attitude towards the epidemic.To explore whether the different demographic attributes and participation degree of Internet users will lead to different emotional attitudes of Internet users towards the epidemic and what the differences are.The research found that in addition to occupation category,gender,age and education level were correlated with netizens’ emotional attitude.In terms of participation level,thumb up,forwarding and comments were significantly positively correlated with netizens’ emotional attitude.The third chapter uses content analysis to analyze the object of People’s Daily’s network public opinion communication in COVID-19 epidemic situation,reverts People’s Daily’s coverage of the epidemic situation from the three aspects of the topic type,the form of the report and the tendency of the report,and analyzes the characteristics of People’s Daily’s reports in different stages of the epidemic situation.On this basis,it explores whether the types of topics reported,the forms of reports and the tendencies of reports will affect the level of netizens’ forwarding intention.The results show that there is no correlation,that is,the level of netizens’ forwarding amount of a microblog varies according to the specific content of the event and is not affected by the above three independent variables.The fourth chapter uses text analysis method to analyze the ontology of online public opinion dissemination of People’s Daily in the COVID-19 epidemic,from the perspective of expression way,attention,emotion tendency to the comment of the People’s Daily reported outbreak construction category,the reduction of netizens opinion expression,to explore whether different ways of expression and perspectives of attention will lead to different emotional tendencies of netizens towards the epidemic.The study found that expression,attention,and there were significant positive correlation relationship between emotional tendencies.The fifth chapter,based on the above data and conclusions,attempts to summarize the problems of People’s Daily’s coverage of the epidemic and netizens’ comments on relevant reports,including the deviation of risk assessment in the initial stage,extreme opinion expression in the fermentation period,and the imperfect coping mechanism in the guidance process.Chapter 6 elevates COVID-19 epidemic situation to the concept of "public health emergency",tries to put forward systematic public opinion guidance measures based on the problems mentioned in Chapter fifth and the characteristics of public health emergency itself.From the perspective of "value rationality" of social governance,"situation-process" guidance perspective and "media ecology theory" linkage perspective,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures for public opinion guidance. |
