Research On The Winning Factors Of Pom Cheerleading Competition

The cheerleading project is a youthful,vigorous and healthy team work project,so far has a history of more than 100 years,there are 116 countries and regions to carry out the campaign,and in the early 21 st century,the cheerleading movement rose in our country,rapidly developed since 2011,deeply loved by schools,students and the public,corresponding competition s followed.Compared with other countries,China has not formed a sound scientific system because of its short development time,and has a big gap in technical level,training competition,scientific research management and so on,and the theoretical research is in the basic stage.In addition,there is less theoretical research on the winning factors of pom cheerleading competition,which focus on the current situation of the development of cheerleading,the arrangement of complete sets of movements,and the analysis of difficult movements.Therefore,how to improve the level of Chinese pom cheerleading competition,create excellent results,and stand out in international competitions,to research the winning factors become the top priority.This study takes the pom cheerleading competition winning factors as the research object,using literature method,expert interview method,video analysis method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,Based on the competition rules,combining the project and competition characteristics,to conduct in-depth analysis and practical verification the video of the previous six teams and the Chinese team of Team Cheer Pom of the 2018?2019 World Cheerleading Championship,analyzing the relationship between the winning factors and various factors of the competition,distinguishing the core,leading and auxiliary factors,providing valuable countermeasures for the training,continuously improving the overall technical level of domestic cheerleading,narrowing the gap between our country and other international cheerleading teams,and providing practical opinions for the future chinese pom cheerleading teams training and competition.The conclusions are as follows:1 The winning factors of the pom cheerleading competition are defined as a series of factors for the participating teams to win the competition under the rules of the competition that in the cheerleading competition,which are mainly divided into three parts: the core winning factors,the leading winning factors and the auxiliary winning factors.Through the expert questionnaire analysis,the athlete's competitive ability is the most core factor,the coach's comprehensive ability,the competition rule understanding and the grasp are the leading winning factors,the referee's comprehensive ability,the opponent's competitive performance and the competition environment influence are the auxiliary winning factors,the three types of factors are interrelated,interdependent,alternate and indispensable.2 Through the expert questionnaire method,it is concluded that the core winning factors of the pom cheerleading are the strength,the identical,the stability,the novelty,the difficulty,the beauty and the intelligence;the strength is the foundation of the competition;the identical is the key to the competition;the stability is the premise and the guarantee of the competition;the novelty is the bright spot of the competition;the difficulty is the advantage and breakthrough point of the competition;the beauty is the main line that runs throughout the competition;and the intelligence is the premise and guarantee of the competition.The seven kinds of core winning factors have the relationship of synergy development,mutual complement and unity of opposites,and there is no independent development of a single factor.3 The leading factors of the pom cheerleading are mainly composed of the coach's comprehensive ability,the understanding and grasp of the competition rules,while the auxiliary winning factors are mainly composed of the referee's comprehensive ability,the opponent's competitive performance and the influence of the competition environment.Therefore,we should pay attention to the training of the professional ability of the coaches and athletes,keep up with the development of the competition rules,know the details of the rules,and grasp the development trend of the project;pay attention to the influence of the auxiliary winning factors on the winning of the competition.4 Draw up the winning countermeasures of the pom cheerleading project competition: identify the winning factors,clear the relationship between each other;improve the special competitive ability,attach importance to the overall level of the team;strengthen the competition rules,improve the coach comprehensive quality;attach importance to the objective environment impacts,adjust the training plan in time;improve the team management model,enhance the team cohesion.
