Speed is an important element of athletes' quality,which can significantly affect their physical fitness and competitive ability.Soccer is a fast-paced,vigorous and intensive sports.With the acceleration of the pace of soccer matches in recent years,soccer players with good special speed can gain some time or space advantages in high-intensity,fast-paced and changeable games,and then affect the outcome of the game.At present,there is still a big gap between Chinese soccer players and the world's first-class level in terms of special speed,which has become an important factor that hinders the improvement of our overall level and the improvement of results of international competition.Adolescence is an important stage for the rapid improvement of athletes ' physical quality.To make a breakthrough in the field of special speed quality,the key is to carry out regular,targeted and realistic speed training in adolescence,which closely follows the development trend of current soccer games.This is an important tactic that affects the competitiveness level of China in Asia and even at the international level in the future.In this paper,it takes 16-18-year-old youth soccer players as the research object,focusing on the training of special speed improvement of players to find new training means and methods through research.On this basis,to design a reasonable training program for the effective promotion of the special speed of youth soccer players.By using the literature,questionnaire,expert interview,group experiment,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,a new training program is designed through the research,and a three-month experiment is carried out in the later period.In the experiment,there are two groups—the experimental group and the control group,and they are tested before and after the experiment respectively,and test results are eventually obtained.Through the research,it proves that the training method adopted in this paper can help the 16-18-year-old soccer players to improve the special speed ability in a more efficient way.Through the research,we notice that:(1)In this study,the 16-18-year-old soccer players are divided into two groups.Through the comparison of the training results of the control group and the experimental group,the new training program is found.The new training program can better improve the special speed ability of the 16-18-year-old soccer players.(2)The test indexes of this study include 7 indicators: 30-meter accelerated running and anticipation reaction test in the condition without the ball;10-meter shuttle run and anticipation reaction test in the condition with a ball;shooting speed in the state with and without a ball,passing speed rounding the pole,etc.(3)After the experiment,the athletes in the experimental group show very significant differences(P < 0.01)with the control group in the indexes of 30-meter accelerated running,anticipation reaction without ball,10-meter shuttle running with ball,anticipation reaction with ball,shooting action speed,passing action speed and so on;there is no significant difference in the index of rounding the pole(P > 0.05).Before and after the experiment,there is a significant difference in the 30-meter accelerated running index in the control group(P < 0.05).(4)The new training program also has a greater role in promoting the enthusiasm and training interest of athletes.Before and after the experiment,there is a significant difference in the training interest scale between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).(5)In the soccer special speed training,some sensitivity training and strength training can be added properly,which can better improve the special speed ability of playersConclusion: on the basis of sports research methods and training experiment design principles,this study designs a set of special speed training program for 16-18-year-old male soccer players from three dimensions of theoretical analysis,expert interview,and coach questionnaire survey,and compares it with the conventional training program.The experiment shows that after 12 weeks of optimized soccer special speed training,the speed of the two groups of plays is improved,and the special speed training effect of the experimental group is better than the conventional training effect.At the same time,the newly developed training program has a great stimulating effect on athletes' training interest.
