Along with the modern football game's attack and defense conversion becoming faster, both players have become increasingly frequent and fierce fighting degree, most technology in a fast-paced movement is under the condition of hard or explosion , and it illustrates the speed of the power quality of the football players in the game have an important position, so speed and strength training should focus on scientific and effective.The training methods need to be further strengthened, should be more designed for soccer players, particularly, should pay attention to my residence is in the speed and power-sensitive phase of young soccer players of the training program. This paper attempts to combine the ball with the duplication of training method on U17 youth experiment. Through monitoring the process and analyzing the experimental data after the experiment, makeing evaluations on the training effect by the data .To provide a theoretical basis for the athletes to choose a reasonable and scientific development of speed and power quality of the training methods of young people,and there is significance for the scientific training of youth sports teams .Through the literature material law, tracking investigation, expert interview, questionnaire survey, the experimental method, observation and measurement method and mathematical statistics as follows:1, Experimental and control group in speed before the power quality and technology level have no obvious difference, the speed of the quality and technology strength athletes are at basically the same level.2,In the breakout force, the experimental group before the experiment and after have significant differences, the control group after the experiment and before has no significant differences. After the experiment, the experimental group and control group have no significant differences.3, In the explosive power, the experimental group before the experiment and after have a very significant difference; the control group after the experiment and before have no significant difference. After the experiment, the experimental group and control group had significant differences.4, In the braking force , the experimental group after the experiment and before have no significant difference ; the control group after the experiment and before the experiment have no significant difference. After the experiment, the experimental group and control group had significant differences.5, In football's technical level test , the experimental group before the experiment and after have significant differences ; the control group after the experiment and before the experiment has no significant difference. After the experiment, the experimental group and control group had significant differences.According to the results concluded:1, Combined with the ball speed strength training method to repeat the speed is superior to the traditional speed and strength training method.2, Combined with the ball speed and strength training method to repeat than the traditional speed and strength in the technical level on the remarkable difference. 3, Combined with the ball speed and strength training method to repeat to improve the quality of the outbreak of the quality of speed and strength very significant, since the quality of power on a relatively significant, the quality of braking force is not significant.According to the results and conclusions make the following Suggestions:1, In the youth soccer players the quality of speed and strength training, we should seize the sensitive stage of the young football players the role of specific fitness training, so in adolescent speed strength training on sensitive period must attach importance to the objective factors.2, In the youth football player, the speed of strength training, the training goal is less because the basic training, so in the development stage of physical aspects should be used more combination ball training methods.3, Speed, strength training program design must be relevant, should be based on training principles, theory, design training programs.4, The speed of youth strength training to strengthen the training of monitoring and detection means, to scientific.5, We must constantly strengthen the operational capacity of coaches.6, In the speed and power training of young people to master the principle of gradual and the "super-compensation principle."...
