World football development trend toward high strength, high against, the high speed development. This requires a football player good speed strength as support. Our women players in the game with foreign high level athletes, technical and tactical ability is always unable to play out, a large part of the reason is the difference in power quality especially fast strength. Therefore, this article makes every effort to get the ball into the special core characteristics, technique features and the integration of special speed strength, design accord with the characteristics of football means of power quality, effectively enhance the special athletes.This article use the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, the national young woman football player of fast strength training as experimental objects, subjects and divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group and the control group take two different training methods, control group adopts the method of traditional strength training, the experimental group to take football special fast strength training method. After four weeks of training, to reflect the football player special speed strength test indexes, through the group of vertical contrast and horizontal comparison between groups, data statistics and analysis of experimental results, the following conclusions:(1)(1) for young women football players special speed strength training, the training content should include improving athletes play action, a gait speed and movement speed two aspects. Improve the operation rate of football focus on hip, knee, ankle, and resilience of waist and abdomen. Improve the running gait speed mainly includes the various steps of starting, braking and speed for the training content.(2) football player speed strength training, improve the operation rate of football training methods should comply with the almost fixed football action structure characteristics. Training methods include unsteady plane single leg support hip flexion and adduction, outreach, and hip resistance exercises. Running gait practice means should imitate the game running state is given priority to with reaction force. Including various imitation in the competition characteristics of all-round deep continuous double foot jump, jump, jump obstacles such as training methods.(3) special football player speed strength training practice, the speed strength training should be combined with special core and football skills and tactics, in medium and small load, fast speed of load structure for training. And be able to achieve better training effect(4) in a special speed strength training for young women football players, want to combine the young female athletes physical and mental characteristics, at present stage to be athletes have good foundation strength and maximum power quality, on this basis on special fast strength training.
