China's mobile internet has entered its prime time,smart phone becomes more popular and be an important carrier of information dissemination in contemporary society.Mobile + Internet mode has changed people's life and work.Various apps launched by mobile Internet application companies have made the use of mobile phones no longer stay at the initial stage.Various apps meet the different needs of users and bring more novel experiences to consumers.At the same time,under the attack of working high pressure and health anxiety,people pay more and more attention to sports activities after work,and more and more people begin to show enthusiasm for sports.In many sports,running has become the choice of most people because of its minimum requirements for equipment,venue and body.Running apps emerged as the times require.It meets the sports needs of smartphone users,so it has a huge number of users in just a few years.However,as a kind of popular mobile applications,users' satisfaction with running apps after a period of use,and what factors affect the evaluation of running apps satisfaction become the original intention of this study.Based on these problems,this study conducted an empirical study on the use satisfaction of running apps from the perspective of users.First of all,based on China customer satisfaction indices model(CCIS),this study introduces user experience variables into product brand,user expectation and perceived quality variables,constructs a research model of user satisfaction of running apps,and puts forward relevant hypotheses according to the research purpose.Secondly,determine the operational definition of research variables,design the questionnaire and distribute it through the network platform.Using statistical software to carry out descriptive analysis and confirmatory analysis of survey sample data.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,combined with the current situation of users' running apps use,this study explains and analyzes the satisfaction of users' using running apps,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the future product development of running apps.The results of this study show that respondents' overall satisfaction with running apps use is average,the selected app may have an impact on users' satisfaction with running apps.Among the four factors,product brand,user expectation,perceived quality and user experience all have a direct positive impact on user satisfaction;among them,the four factors introduced by user experience,sensory experience,interactive experience,involvement experience and social experience also have a direct positive impact on user satisfaction.Among them,the impact of user perception on users' satisfaction with using this kind of products is becoming more and more important.In the process of using running apps,the perception quality exceeds the impact of other factors on satisfaction,and becomes the most important factor.User experience,user expectation and product brand rank after.According to the research results,there is still a large development space for the research on the use experience and satisfaction of running app.The factors that affect the user experience and satisfaction need to be further studied and refined.Only by building a research model specifically for running app,can users' real satisfaction with the product be evaluated more comprehensively and accurately,and these results also It can be used for reference to improve and develop products.Secondly,for many running apps with serious homogeneity,if they want to stand out,they must put the user's perception quality first,adhere to the user-centered core concept,and let users get the best use experience.Finally,if running app wants to survive for a long time,it is necessary to cultivate users' motivation and habit of continuous running,hatch a healthy and sustainable market,and achieve long-term and stable development.
