Purposes:Sensitive quality refers to the human body's ability to quickly, accurately, and coordinately change body posture, movement direction, and randomness under various complex conditions. It is the basis for mastering motor skills.Elementary school students are in a critical period of physical development, and it is especially important to improve their sensitivity. The current domestic measurement method is side step, but the span is 1m,which cannot reflect the sensitive qualities of students of different heights. Therefore, the main purpose of the research is to improve the traditional side step method, verify the effectiveness and reliability of the improved repeated straddle measurement method, and develop an improved version of the repeated straddle test agility evaluation standard to further improve the accuracy of the primary student's agility quality.Personalized measurement evaluation provides theoretical basis.Method:The side step interval was improved by the method of literature data.Specifically, the spanning interval was changed from a fixed 1m to half the height.Other test requirements were unchanged, and an improved version was repeated. The study subjects selected boys from grades 1 to 5 of the upper middle school and primary school as subjects, and tested the reliability of the modified version repeatedly across the next day to test the reliability; In order to verify the validity, the Illinois agility test is used as a standard, and it is compared with the improved version of the cross-over test. And select boys with and without football training experience,as well as normal weight, overweight and obese boys to carry out an improved version of the cross-over test to test the discriminativeness of the method;at the same time, select boys in grades 1 to 5 of the experimental elementary school for the modified version Development of cross-test evaluation criteria.Results:(1)When using the current repeated cross-agility tests for boys in grades 1 to 5 of primary school, the completion rate for grade 1 students is 50%,the completion rate for grade 2 is 60%,and the completion rate for grade 3 is 80% Grade completion rate is 85% and grade 5 completion rate is 87%.At the same time,it was found that the height of the students who can regulate the repeated stride is significantly higher than the height of the students who cannot regulate the repeated stride.(2)The retest reliability of the improved repeated cross test is 0.897.Compared with the current retest reliability of the repeated cross test(ICC = 0.842),the improved version of the repeated cross test has better stability and is more reliable.Retest reliability of the test;performed correlation analysis with the agile test of Illinois, the improved version repeatedly showed a correlation coefficient of-0.621,and the repeated results showed a correlation coefficient of-0.258;the improved version repeatedly showed that there was a football Primary school boys(39.2 ± 6.6)were significantly more sensitive than primary school boys without football training(32.8 ± 4.9),and primary school boys with normal BMI(33.1 ± 4.4)had significantly better test results than fatty students(32.4 ± 6.2)and overweight(29.3 ± 4.9)primary school boys.(3)The improved version of boys in grades 1-5 of the elementary school repeated the test results obeying the normal distribution, and the deviation method was used to formulate the five-grade evaluation standard. The evaluation criteria for first grade boys are: ?34 is excellent,31 to 33 is good,25 to 30 is medium,21 to 24 is low,?20 is poor;and the evaluation standards for second grade boys are: ?37 is excellent,34 to 36 are good,28 to 33 are medium,25 to 27 are low,and ? 24 is poor;the evaluation criteria for third grade primary school boys are: ?41 is excellent,38 to 40 is good,32 to 37 is medium,28-31 is lower,?27 is poor;the evaluation criteria for 4th grade boys in primary school are: ?42 is excellent,39-41 is good,32-38 is medium,28-31 is lower,?27 is poor;primary school 5 Grade boys' evaluation criteria are: ? 46 is excellent,42 to 45 is good,34 to 41 is medium,29 to 33 is low,and ? 28 is poor.Conclusion:(1)There are certain shortcomings in the current repeated straddling, which can not reflect the agility qualities of boys in different grades, and there is a certain correlation with height.(2)The improved version of repeated crossing is a more reliable and effective method of agility quality testing. For elementary school students, the use of the improved version of the repeated stride instead of the traditional repeated stride can provide a more effective evaluation, while the improved version of the repeated stride test has better universality among the primary students.(3)Based on the improved repeated test results and the deviation method, the agility quality evaluation standards for primary school boys were formulated.
