Agility quality is the ability of the human body to quickly change the direction of movement or quickly change its own movement mode.It is closely related to strength, speed, flexibility, balance, coordination and response qualities, and is a comprehensive manifestation of various physical qualities of the human body. The elementary school period is the golden period for adolescents’ physical growth and development, and also a sensitive period for the development of agility qualities.Carrying out sports interventions for agility qualities at the elementary school level will not only help improve students’ agility qualities, but also have a positive impact on the improvement of other qualities. The purpose of this study is to determine the physical fitness development law at each stage of primary school through the analysis of physical fitness of primary school students, the impact of this agility quality intervention program on their agility quality and other qualities, and the relationship between agility quality and speed, balance, and coordinated quality.Relevant degree in order to find a scientific and efficient way to develop the agility qualities of primary school students. This research mainly uses the experimental method. The experimental objects are 236 students from the third, fourth, and fifth classes of Haidian District National Primary School in Beijing. Each class has one experimental class and one control class. It is agility, speedy,Coordinated and balanced quality testing. The experimental class uses ladder training and multi-directional mobile training to warm up in the physical education class, and the control class warms up according to the regular physical education curriculum.Except for the different warm-up sessions, the content of other lessons is consistent.Analysis conclusion:1.The agility qualities of the third, fourth and fifth grades of elementary schools are increasing year by year;the coordination qualities are showing a wave-like development trend, and the development of boys is better than that of girls;2.The intervention program combining ladder training,multi-directional mobile training and normal physical education can improve the agility of pupils, but the training effect of the former is better than the latter, that is,the intervention effect of the experimental class is better than the control class.3.An intervention program that combines ladder training and multi-directional mobile training can improve the speed, balance, and coordination of pupils.4.There is a medium correlation between each test index, which further verifies that the sensitive quality is closely related to the speed quality, balance quality and coordination quality.Suggest:1.The elementary school stage is a sensitive period of agility. The content of the elementary school curriculum focuses on the practice of sensitivity.2.Soft ladder training and multi-directional mobile training are applied to physical education courses in elementary schools, and are integrated with conventional physical education courses, which is more conducive to the development of students’ agility qualities.3.The training methods for the agility qualities of primary school students, including but not limited to the training equipment and training methods in this study, rope ladder training has many steps and movements;multi-directional movement training can also design its own routes and add obstacles, which requires continuous innovation..The research objects of this study are elementary school students in grades two, three, and four.Although the number of research subjects has increased compared with previous studies, the research on the physical fitness of elementary school students is not comprehensive enough, and only involves sensitivity, speed, coordination, and balance.I hope I can supplement it in future research.
