The education of primary school teachers in rural areas in China currently has the premature age of teachers,outdated knowledge,low academic qualifications,insufficient quantity,and loss of quality teachers.The teacher education for cultivating rural primary school teachers is also facing a general decline in the quality of students,the decline of teacher education,the lack of plasticity and development potential of students,and the difficulty of graduates to adapt to the requirements of rural primary education.In 2010,Hunan Province took the lead in launching a six-year undergraduate rural primary school teacher orientation training program for junior high school students.This program is a breakthrough and innovation in the current primary school teacher training model,and the six-year undergraduate primary school teacher education curriculum is the key path to ensuring the formation of a six-year teacher as an excellent primary school teacher.Through the study of the six-year undergraduate primary school teacher education curriculum,it is of great practical significance to sort out the advantages of the curriculum and the areas to be improved,in order to better cultivate high-quality rural primary school teachers.Based on the three basics of theory,policy and experience,this paper expounds the training objectives,curriculum content,curriculum structure,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation of the six-year undergraduate primary school teacher education curriculum.Combining the overall situation of the six-year undergraduate primary school teacher education curriculum in Hunan First Normal College,the questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to sort out the six-year undergraduate primary school teacher education curriculum in the training objectives,curriculum content,curriculum structure,curriculum implementation,curriculum.Problems in the evaluation.The analysis found that in the six-year undergraduate primary school teacher education curriculum setting,there are deviations in the implementation of training objectives,low satisfaction of course content,unreasonable curriculum structure,single implementation of curriculum and neglect of curriculum evaluation.Guided by the three major foundations of the sixyear undergraduate primary school teacher education curriculum,from the basis of training objectives,the combination of general and strict requirements;Comprehensive curriculum content,modernization and localization;adjustment of curriculum structure,integration of general knowledge and teacher skills;improvement of curriculum implementation,combination of child-oriented and diversified development;Enrich curriculum evaluation,combine process and multi-dimensional,and put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions for the six-year undergraduate primary school teacher education curriculum,in order to further improve the education of rural primary school teachers.
