Study On Public Physical Education Curriculum Program For Undergraduate College In Henan Province

As the final stage of school physical education,college physical education is an important link between school sports and social sports.As a key part of school physical education,physical education in colleges and universities is an important link in cultivating high-quality talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,body and beauty.Therefore,the research on the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities is a topic that will never be out of date.Public sports curriculum is a core content of college sports work.As a guiding document of physical education in colleges and universities,the curriculum plan plays an important role and is also a reference for measuring the quality of a school physical education.It contains the overall design of the course and is implemented according to this plan.The public physical education curriculum includes policy basis,teaching goal,teaching items,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching plans,teaching supervision,and curriculum evaluation and so on.China's education authorities have successively formulated a series of policies and systems such as the "Outline for the Teaching of Physical Education Curriculum in Colleges and Universities in China","Several Opinions on Further Strengthening Physical Education in schools," and "Basic Standards for Physical Education in Colleges and Universities" to promote the development of public sports in colleges and universities.At present,undergraduate colleges in Henan Province have generally formulated public physical education curriculum plan and carried out the public physical education teaching.However,What is the content of the plan,what problems exist and what measures should be taken to solve the problem need to be further studied.This article adopts the literature method,survey method,mathematical method and logical method.Based on the brief discussion curriculum,public sports curriculum and curriculum plan,this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of the public physical education curriculum plan of undergraduate colleges and universities in Henan Province.This paper summarizes the existing problems and puts forward targeted solutions.The article mainly draws the following conclusions:1.The teaching goals set by the public physical education course plan of Henan undergraduate colleges and universities are basically in line with the five teaching goals stipulated in the “Outline for the Teaching of Physical Education Curriculum in General Colleges and Universities in the Nationwide”,so as to construct a basket foot row,a ping feather net,and martial arts.Public sports major courses mainly consisted of aerobics,and public sports elective courses focused on football and sports appreciation.2.The public sports curriculum plan for undergraduate colleges in Henan Province arranges 11 to 20 academic hours of public sports theory classes in the four semesters of freshman and sophomore years.The content is based on public physical education training significance.The theoretical basis of sports items and the practical basis of sports events are the main ones,while the practical class hours are mostly over 120 hours,and the contents are mainly technical training,actual combat training and rule education.3.The undergraduate colleges in Henan Province select teaching methods according to the standards of teaching content,students' ability and efficiency.The teaching method is mainly based on the explanation method and the model method;the single-curricular teaching plan formulated by the physical education teacher is mainly based on learning plan and learning content assessment methods and assessment standards.4.The undergraduate colleges in Henan Province mainly use the "Public Physical Education Curriculum Standards" document and the targeted "Public Physical Education Class Teaching Supervision" mechanism to implement teaching supervision,which focuses on two aspects: student attendance rate and classroom discipline.Teaching evaluation is divided into three parts: "student study","teacher teaching" and "curriculum construction",and there are certain evaluation contents and methods.5.There are still a series of problems that need to be solved in the public physical education course plan of Henan universities,including that the individual course plans are out of the overall goal,the public elective courses and compulsory courses are homogenous,and the theoretical class mainly lacks practice,and the teaching plan lacks training content.The teaching supervision and evaluation content are not perfect.In view of the problems existing in the public physical education course program of the undergraduate colleges in Henan Province,the article suggests that the staff of the educational administration department or the public sports teaching department should be based on the five major teaching objectives of the College physical Education syllabus.Strictly evaluate the teaching plan of physical education course,analyze whether the teaching goal is consistent with the objectives of the syllabus,whether the teaching content can truly reflect the five goals of the outline,Whether the overall teaching plan is conducive to achieving the goals of the syllabus.Physical education teachers should base themselves on the characteristics of junior and senior students and provide some new sports items in the elective courses of public sports.Either by innovating the technical and tactical training content of the past sports,raising the level of difficulty,or carrying out some sports items that are convenient for students to continue training after entering the workplace.In the process of formulating the physical education teaching plans,the physical education teachers must incorporate the content of extracurricular training,arrange the appropriate amount of class time,stipulate the clear activity goal and the activity plan,guarantee the effective match of "extracurricular training" and " in-class teaching." Schools should be guided by "systematic,targeted,effective" principle.According to the principle of effectiveness,a set of systematic contents and standards of public physical education teaching supervision and evaluation of public physical education teaching should be constructed,and staff members should be strictly required to supervise and evaluate physical education teaching according to these two measures.And take this as the teacher year-end appraisal,the appraisal first basis.
