| Sports resources,as an important basis for the survival and development of various sports phenomena,if properly used,can be transformed into an important factor for promoting economic development.In our country,due to the corresponding policy support,the school has very rich resources of sports,based on this premise,for school sports and community sports resources sharing has created a very favorable conditions,not only can fully effective use of the school sports resources,but also can promote the development of community sports undertakings,to promote the school and community to achieve a win-win situation in the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports.The author through the consult domestic about school sports and community sports in terms of resource sharing of the study found that at present,the school sports and community sports resources sharing of underdeveloped economy weak area is basically in some small and medium-sized cities,where the people demand more and more sports and community sports resources grossly inadequate supply of formed a very thorny contradiction.Ruzhou,the cultural porcelain capital of central China,is a county town with relatively slow economic development.This makes it particularly urgent to study the current situation and influencing factors of the sharing of school sports resources and community sports resources in small and medium-sized economically underdeveloped cities represented by Ruzhou,especially county-level cities.It is a subject of great practical significance to influence the development of China's sports cause in the new period.In this paper,literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and field investigation are adopted to investigate the sharing status of sports resources in high schools and communities in ruzhou city.the purpose is to find obstacles to schools and communities in many influence factors of sports resources sharing,to provide the reference for the development of county sports relevant levels.The survey results are as follows:1.At present,the resource sharing development of school sports and community sports in Ruzhou is still in the initial stage and has a good development prospect.2.In terms of the sharing of organization and management between school sports and community sports,both of them have corresponding contact organizations and personnel responsible for sports activities,but the establishment of sharing cooperative organizations is in the preliminary stage.3.In terms of content resources,it mainly focuses on non-competitive and traditional projects such as ball games and rope skipping,with relatively low degree of development.4.In terms of human resources,there is a certain difference between the guidance content and residents' needs for fitness guidance.The guidance form is too simple,and the number of times is only once a month.5.In terms of basic sports facilities,the share rate of basic sports facilities in schools is not high,some Shared resources are subject to charging policy,the weak sense of sports in the new era and the increased management burden are the main reasons affecting the opening of school sports resources to the community;The community basic sports facility resources are insufficient,the mass sports resources demand is big.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures,tries to promote the sharing of sports resources between schools and communities. |
