After the Beijing Olympics, China gradually become the world's super sports power, the mass fitness enthusiasm gradually rosing. The government issued a notice of "National fitness plan" in 2011. The notice requires to increase the number of all kinds of sports field at home and the average area accounts of the sports field for each person is also needed to improve.To develop the construction of community sports city:the every unit involved, as well as the school sports facilities should be related with personnel, advantages and resources can being Shared. In this paper, the community and university sports resource sharing are considered as the research objects, using the method of statistics, by applying the knowledge of public management, and with the help of a large number of literature, I put beijing university and community sports resources sharing problem as a case study. On the basis of questionnaire investigation and visit, I found the following issues:the current sports facilities is not enough, propaganda does not reach the designated position, single open venues, insufficient funds, safety hidden trouble, and the lack of the university and community resource sharing management mechanism. Aimed at the sports resources sharing problem between Beijing university and community, I put forward some proposals which concerning the mechanism construction and the implementation of the related countermeasures. For the government, school and community, the three levels can allocate the sports resources well. Establishing appropriate management cooperation mechanism can speed up the footsteps of Beijing university and community sports resources sharing.
