As an important reserve force in the referee team,the first-class tennis referees are the important cornerstone of training high-level tennis referees.By effectively evaluating their refereeing ability,they are not only conducive to the selection,promotion and development of excellent referees,but also conducive to the improvement of their deficiencies,further improving their refereeing ability and promoting the referee team.The development of Wu is of great significance.At present,the theory of evaluation of tennis referees is still blank.Based on the research of the ability of on-the-spot judgment of tennis referees,this paper draws lessons from the theory of evaluation index system of other events,adopts Delphi method to synthesize the experience and knowledge of experts,and constructs the evaluation index system of first-class tennis referees,using hierarchy.Analytical method compares the importance of each index in two ways,and determines the weight of the index.After setting the evaluation criteria,the first-class tennis referee's ability evaluation scale is woven,and a self-assessment questionnaire is issued to the first-class tennis referee.By analyzing the index data,the evaluation index system is scientific and effective.Research findings:1.The paper combs out that the evaluation index of the first-class tennis referees includes six first-class indicators,which are referee theoretical knowledge,on-the-spot judging ability,psychological quality and morality.Self-cultivation,physical fitness and English competence;21 secondary indicators are competition rules,competition rules,judgment ability,adaptability,communication ability,control ability,pressure resistance ability,emotional stability,self-regulation ability and so on.Among the six first-level indicators,both referee theoretical knowledge and on-the-spot judgment ability weights are 0.25,psychological quality index is 0.18,moral accomplishment and English ability index 0.12,and physical quality index weight 0.08.2.Construct the first-level tennis referee self-rating scale with evaluation index,index weight and evaluation criteria as elements,and distribute it to 48 first-level referees in Zhejiang Province to self-scoring,statistics of each questionnaire index data,and analysis of all indicators of English Proficiency Index score the lowest,moral literacy index.The second-level indicators of endurance quality,pre-competition preparation,image management and control ability are in the front rank.The results show that the scoring range is 3.31 points to 5 points,76% of the first-class referees are excellent in their ability to cut.the average score of the first-class tennis referees surveyed is 4.46,overall self-evaluation is at an excellent level.The evaluation index system of the first-class tennis referees' judging ability consists of three parts: evaluation index,index weight and evaluation criteria.The evaluation index is the core content.The evaluation index system of this evaluation index system covers a wide range,has strong internal logic,simple and moderate quantity,There are some fuzziness in transforming some unmeasurable indexes into grade scores according to the grades of the evaluation criteria,and the overall evaluation index system is more objective and scientific.It has strong scientific and operational nature,and can apply to measure the ruling ability of the first-class tennis referees.
