Research On The Evaluation Index System Of The First Class Tennis Referee's Executive Ability

On June 9,2018,the 20 th CUBA League ended with the successful defending of Peking University.This paper analyzes the basic situation,attack and defense indicators and high-level indicators of the defenders of the 20 th National Team of the 20 th CUBA League through the methods of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis of rank and ratio.The comprehensive quantitative evaluation level of the top 24 team defenders is obtained,and the different offensive and defensive characteristics of the guards of different teams are analyzed to find out the development paths and optimization measures of different players,so that the Chinese college basketball league can develop better and promote.The continuous improvement of Chinese college basketball.The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1)The defenders of the Southeast Division play longer than other divisions,and the players score better than other divisions.The defender is the core of the offense and defense of the Southeast Division team.2)There are no 48-guard players in this CUBA league with no offensive and defensive RSR rating of A.A total of 15 players with an offensive ability RSR rating of B,these 15 players represent the strongest level of offensive ability in the current CUBA League guards.3)The 48 defenders in this CUBA league have a total of 14 players with a defensive RSR rating of B.These 14 players represent the strongest level of defensive ability in the current CUBA League guards.4)Zhang Ning,Jia Mingru,Guan Yejia,Li Yiyang,He Yutian and Yue Yaohai and other six players have reached the B-level evaluation of their offensive and defensive RSR,and their offense and defense have reached a high level.5)Through high-level index analysis,players with strong assisting ability include Ma Zhenyu,Zhang Ning,Chen Weiqiang,Wu Kunda,Li Yiyang,Sun Chang,Liu Guangyao and Liu Feiyang;players with strong scoring opportunities have Zhang Liu,Liu Guangyao,Yan Tingjia,Li Xuelu,Chen Weiqiang,Wu Kunda and Jia Mingru and other players.Suggestions are as follows:(1)The defenders of the Northwest,Northeast and Southwest teams should increase their playing time appropriately.Only sufficient playing time is guaranteed,can the players play their due ability.(2)players with offensive and defensive rating at B level and offensive and defensive players should focus on strengthening their abilities in an all-round way.(3)Players with an offensive rating of B and a defensive rating of C and below should strengthen their defensive ability on the basis of guaranteeing offensive ability.(4)Players with defensive rating B and offensive rating below C should grasp and deepen the skills of offensive ability.(5)Other players in both offensive and defensive performance are more general,so should be strengthened in all aspects of offensive and defensive capabilities,to enhance their tactical position in the team.
