Construction Of Operation Model Of High Level Basketball Team In Ningbo University

This paper USES the method of system dynamics,by exploring the operation system of the high level sports teams,and basketball in ningbo university high level sports teams in case analysis,and USES the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,system dynamic method,from two aspects of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to comprehensive summarizes the operation system of the sports teams.Therefore,this article will adopt the method of system dynamics to build ningbo university basketball operation model of high level sports teams,again through the analysis of the simulation and control system dynamics analysis of ningbo university basketball team operation system as a demonstration operation,thus for operation system and development of high level sports teams in colleges and universities set up a new path.Research conclusions:(1)in this paper,through the questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,etc.,first has carried on the qualitative analysis,and then through quantitative analysis,expert interview method to collect the relevant data,finally by means of system dynamics tools will be a combination of,finally build the ningbo university high level basketball team operation system model,through the software to simulate the future trend of the development of operation,and use regulation analysis,put forward the best way to improve the system.(2)through discussion,the system model of operation system of high-level basketball sports team of ningbo university is established,which includes enrollment number,annual application number,new students number,high-level athletes number in school number,postgraduate recommendation number,graduate number,social demand number,sports level,employment environment and other indicators.Among them,the core indicators of ningbo university basketball high-level sports team are sports level and employment environment.Therefore,the variables in the model can cover the operation system of the high-level basketball team of ningbo university.(3)through simulation analysis,the future development trend of various variables in 2018-2023 was simulated,and after testing with the actual results in 2018,it was found that the simulation results were basically in line with the actual results,and the model was true and effective.Among them,the enrollment and employment environment showed a downward trend,so the team is still trying to enter the national competition as the goal.However,the gradual increase of social sponsorship means that the sports team is gradually accepted by the society,which will also help improve the employment environment of the sports team.(4)through regulatory analysis,it is concluded that under the current mode,the most reasonable and effective way to improve the operation system of high-level basketball team of ningbo university is to increase the social sponsorship funds by a greater margin.In addition,the operation system of the high-level basketball team of ningbo university can also be improved to some extent by moderately increasing the quota of postgraduate recommendation,appropriately increasing the school's sponsorship fund and improving the enrollment standard,but the effect is limited.
