Research On The Cultivation Of Populus Euphratica Spirit Of College Students In Xinjiang

If a man has no spirit,he will not stand;if a country has no spirit,he will not be strong.In 2018,General Secretary Xi's reply to teachers and students of Tarim University clearly stressed that "we should firmly use the spirit of Populus euphratica to educate people and serve the rejuvenation of Xinjiang and border consolidation." At the same time,General Secretary Xi pointed out that all colleges and universities in Xinjiang should strengthen the guidance of educating people for the party and the country,implement the party's education policy in an all-round way,and vigorously cultivate socialist builders and successors who love Xinjiang and are willing to contribute,so as to make new and significant contributions to the social stability and long-term stability of Xinjiang.Cultivating the spirit of Populus euphratica in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang not only has general educational effect,but also has extremely important practical significance to ensure the safety and stability of Xinjiang.Therefore,it is necessary to clearly grasp its formation basis and core content,objectively analyze the current situation of cultivating the spirit of Populus euphratica,elaborate the existing problems and their causes,and explore the optimization strategies that can be taken for cultivating the spirit of Populus euphratica in Xinjiang University Students in the new era based on the combination of theoretical cognition and empirical analysis.First,this paper expounds the formation foundation,core content and important significance of the cultivation of Populus euphratica spirit of college students in Xinjiang.The spirit of Populus euphratica is rooted in the excellent traditional culture,implemented in the basic task of cultivating people,and matured in the unique geographical and human environment.In the process of practice,its core content is hard work,self-improvement,rooted in the frontier and willing to contribute.It is of great significance to cultivate the spirit of Populus euphratica,which is conducive to the realization of the general goal of social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang,to strengthen the school running position of Xinjiang universities to educate the party and the country,to build a unique campus culture,and to improve the personal quality of Xinjiang university students.Second,this paper discusses the current situation of the cultivation of the spiritof Populus euphratica and makes an objective analysis,expounds the problems existing in the cultivation of the spirit of Populus euphratica,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Through the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyzes the achievements,problems and reasons of the spiritual cultivation of Populus euphratica in Xinjiang universities.The cultivation of Populus euphratica spirit in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang has achieved great results,but there are still some problems in this process.The specific problems are as follows: the social education environment of Populus euphratica spirit is not perfect,the systematic and effective cultivation content of Xinjiang universities is not strong,the integration of Populus euphratica spirit into the ideological and political theory course needs to be strengthened,and college students have different knowledge and practice of Populus euphratica spirit.In order to solve the problems,we must analyze the causes of the problems and the causes of the problems in the cultivation of Populus euphratica spirit.The specific reasons are: the impact of bad ideological trend on college students in Xinjiang,the insufficient cultivation of the spirit of Populus euphratica in Colleges and universities,the inadequate construction of full-time teachers,and the different subjects of cultivating the spirit of Populus euphratica.Thirdly,this paper systematically constructs the Countermeasures of cultivating the spirit of Populus euphratica among college students in Xinjiang.Combined with the above analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures on how to cultivate the spirit of Populus euphratica,that is to say,the main measures are to strengthen and perfect the cultivation mechanism of the spirit of Populus euphratica,to speed up the construction of the faculty,to improve the cultivation ways of the spirit of Populus euphratica and to pay attention to the optimization of the environment for the cultivation of the spirit of Populus euphratica.
