Research On Cultivation Of Labor Spirit Among College Students Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps In The New Era

China’s socialist education has always attached importance to the combination of productive labor,and the spirit of labor is an indispensable spiritual quality for college students.Since entering the new era,the Party and the State have attached great importance to the cultivation of labor spirit among college students.However,in recent years,the problems of unclear objectives,unscientific cultivation methods,unreasonable curriculum and unsound coordination mechanism of labor spirit among college students in colleges and universities are common,and the cultivation of labor spirit among college students in corps colleges and universities is also facing difficulties and challenges,so it is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of labor spirit among college students in corps colleges and universities.On the basis of theoretical research using literature research method,this thesis investigates the current situation of labor spirit cultivation of college students in Corps colleges and universities in the new era through questionnaire survey and interview survey,analyzes the problems of cultivation and its causes,combined with the requirements of relevant documents,and puts forward a proposal with the characteristics of Corps and the actual situation of Corps colleges and universities.and puts forward an optimized path for the cultivation of college students’ labor spirit.This thesis is divided into six parts:The first part describes the background and significance of the study,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and analyzes the research ideas,methods and innovation.The second part explains the theoretical basis of cultivation from three aspects,and explains the importance of cultivation from four aspects: spurring students to be diligent and frugal,encouraging students to devote themselves to hard work,inspiring students to be innovative and leading students to be selfless.In the third part,the objectives of cultivation are explained in four aspects: guiding students to form a positive labor cognition that respects labor,influencing students to form a high labor emotion that loves labor,spurring students to form a correct labor morality that works honestly,and inspiring students to form a positive labor behavior that works hard,and explaining the four aspects of cultivation.The content of cultivation is explained in four aspects: cultivation of the spirit of hard work and thrift,cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle,cultivation of the spirit of pioneering and innovation,and cultivation of the spirit of selfishness and devotion.The principles of cultivation are explained from five aspects: grasping the orientation of education,following the law of education,reflecting the characteristics of the times,strengthening comprehensive implementation and adhering to adjusting measures to local conditions.In the fourth part,through questionnaires and interviews,we found that the current situation of labor spirit among college students in the Corps of Cadets is generally good in the spirit of diligence and thrift,average in the spirit of struggle,lack of initiative in the spirit of innovation,and need to improve the level of dedication.It is also found that the current situation of cultivation is reflected in four aspects:departments at all levels pay more attention to the cultivation of labor spirit,the Corps characteristics of cultivation of labor spirit are more prominent,the effectiveness of cultivation of labor spirit is further revealed,and the effectiveness of cultivation of labor spirit is uneven in all dimensions.The fifth part analyzes the problems of cultivation in four aspects: the cultivation goal is not clear enough,the cultivation method needs to be improved,the curriculum needs to be optimized,and the collaborative development still needs to be promoted,and analyzes four reasons: the vague top-level design affects the overall layout,the rigid cultivation method weakens the effectiveness of practice,the insufficient teacher team restricts the course offering,and the fragmentation within the school hinders the collaborative development.The sixth part proposes practical countermeasures to the problems of cultivation.Firstly,we should strengthen the systematic and comprehensive top-level design,secondly,we should explore the scientific and effective cultivation methods,thirdly,we should improve the diversified and integrated curriculum system,fourthly,we should establish a professional and qualified faculty,and fifthly,we should form a collaborative mechanism for joint cultivation.
