With the promulgation of the "High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standards),the new [PEP] high school chemistry textbooks have been launched in 2019.Based on literature research,a comparative study of the topics of "metals and compounds" in [PEP] High School Chemistry Compulsory 1 published in 2019(hereinafter referred to as New [PEP])and [PEP] High School Chemistry Compulsory 1 published in 2007(hereinafter referred to as Old [PEP])?Based on the comparative requirements of the new curriculum standards in 2017,the related theoretical basis,and the comparison of new and old textbooks,the innovative instructional design examples of "important compounds of iron" in the textbook have been developed and carried out practical research.The research content is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which outlines the background of this research topic,literature review,determination of research objects and research questions,research methods and research significance.The second part is the theoretical basis of the research.The basic connotation of constructivist learning theory,the zone of proximal development and cognition-discovery learning theory and its role in the development of teaching cases are expounded.The third part is a comparative study of the new and old [PEP] thematic content.From the aspects of content selection,architecture and presentation,the topic of "metals and their compounds" in the new and old [PEP] senior high school chemistry(volume 1)was compared and studied,and related teaching suggestions were made.Through comparative research,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Content selection:(1)Both are consistent in the depth of teaching content and the selection of main elements and their compounds.(2)The former focuses more on the practical application value of subject knowledge,while the latter focuses more on the enrichment and expansion of subject knowledge.(3)The former attaches more importance to the penetration of the STSE concept,attaches more importance to students' career education,and attaches more importance to the study of the history of chemistry and the guidance of learning methods.(4)The former has a more concentrated knowledge content coverage.(5)The former is more contemporary than the latter.(2)System structure:(1)The two adopt the same form in terms of chapter organization and content arrangement of "section".(2)The former's division of chapters is based on practical applications,while the latter is based on chemical classification ideas.The former's status of experimental activities is more prominent.(3)Presentation method:(1)Both places great emphasis on experimental inquiry columns,but the former has more abundant settings for other column types and pays more attention to the comprehensive development of students.(2)Both use a variety of illustrations and tables to expand students' cognition.But the illustrations used by the former are more contemporary.(3)The former typographic design pays more attention to modern aesthetics and better visual experience.Relevant teaching suggestions:(1)Grasp the new thinking of the new people's Education Edition.(2)Pay attention to students' career education.(3)Pay attention to the guidance of learning methods.(4)We should pay attention to the development of chemical experiments and the cultivation of students' scientific inquiry ability.(5)Strengthen the reserve of STSE related knowledge.(6)Pay attention to the function of column setting.(7)Carry out the teaching concept of "student oriented".The fourth part is the development and design of teaching cases.Based on the new curriculum standards,relevant theoretical foundations,and the comparative conclusions of Part Three,the innovative design of teaching cases and reflections on teaching design for the "important iron compounds" curriculum.The fifth part is the study of teaching practice.Through the implementation and questionnaire survey of two parallel classes with different teaching case designs on the same subject,the results show that: the experimental class receiving the innovative teaching case has a significantly better overall teaching effect than the control class;the experimental class receiving the innovative teaching case is better for chemistry The implementation of core literacy is significantly better than the control class.Therefore,this article proposes strategies to improve the teaching implementation of this case:(1)Create a real teaching situation,and strengthen the embodiment of the knowledge and social value of important iron compounds.(2)Pay attention to the guidance of task problems and encourage students to take an active part in the task problem solving process so as to grasp the properties and applications of important iron compounds.(3)Construct a network structure of knowledge points of important compounds of iron,and enhance the ability of inductive integration of knowledge.(4)Add content of process evaluation to promote the improvement of classroom teaching efficiency and the comprehensive development of student literacy.The sixth part is the research results and future prospects.In the summary,the research results of this stage are summarized,at the same time the limitations and deficiencies in the research are reflected.Based on that,the related research further suggestions are proposed.
