Complaining behavior is a normal phenomenon in the process of children's socialization.Teachers may inadvertently ignore children's complaining or adopt inappropriate coping strategies because of their tedious work,it is disadvantageous to the response of Children's accusatory behavior and the development of children's sociality.At the same time,with the development of the society and the continuous development of the educational concept,it has become the basic concept of the modern preschool to put children first and respect their rights and interests.Therefore,as a kindergarten teacher,only by paying attention to the children's psychological development needs from such trivial matters as children's reporting behavior,can we establish good relations between teachers and children.And in that situation it makes children grow up happily in an atmosphere of unity and upward.In this study,the first class of XX kindergarten children and two teachers were chosen as the objects of observation and study.The methods of investigation,observation and case study were adopted,combined with literature analysis,this paper probes into the cause,motive,type and characteristics of children's complaint behavior,and puts forward more scientific and reasonable countermeasures according to the problems existing in the process of children's complaint behavior handled by children's teachers.Research found that children complain to seek help-based.At the same time,the teacher's strategy in dealing with children's accusatory behavior is mainly restraint and control.Teachers themselves lack the necessary principles of handling,and teachers' coping strategies are greatly influenced by their own emotions,etc.,dealing with children's demands reasonably,formulating and abiding by corresponding principles,dealing with children's accusatory behavior,controlling their own emotions,and so on can be improved and responded to,and can also be improved from perfecting home cooperation,timely communication between teachers and parents,etc.,plays the good guidance young child's function.The purpose of this study is to deeply understand children's accusatory behavior,to establish a comprehensive and systematic theoretical research system of children's accusatory behavior,and to guide teachers to adopt scientific and reasonable countermeasures to children's accusatory behavior,it is of great significance to establish a good relationship between teachers and children.
