Campus bullying will not only harm the society,but also have an important impact on students' physical and mental health.Bullying behavior intentionally or maliciously physical conflict,verbal attack,or online abuse and insult are considered as bullying behavior.Junior middle school students school interpersonal relationship is whether students in the school and teachers and classmates of the exchange between happy,whether there are disharmonious factors occur.This study focused on the relationship between school interpersonal relationship,bullying behavior,school belonging and individual factor self-esteem.In this study,a total of 600 primary and secondary school students were selected from a middle school in shijiazhuang and xingtai,and 585 valid data were collected.Study the interpersonal relationship,bullying,school belonging and self-esteem,the relationship between the study used the school belonging scale,self-esteem scale ","the teachers and students in junior high school students questionnaire","self-description questionnaire" peer relations subscales,the Olweus bullying children questionnaire ChuZhongBan five scale to explore how school relationships by learning the sense of belonging,self-esteem affects the incidence of bullying,and such as SPSS24.0,AMOS22.0 software to analyze the collected data,the following conclusions.The results show that:(1)There is a big difference between grade and city in self-esteem,school sense of belonging and school interpersonal relationship.From the point of view of grade,grade one students suffer from bullying and bullying behavior more than grade two students;From the perspective of the city,students in xingtai were bullied and bullied more than students in shijiazhuang.(2)Overall,students with high self-esteem,good school relationships,and a strong sense of belonging to school had less bullying behavior.On the contrary,students with low self-esteem,relatively poor school relationships and a low sense of belonging in school are prone to bullying.(3)According to the results of quantitative and qualitative studies,school interpersonal relationship can promote the enhancement of self-esteem and the enhancement of school belonging.On the contrary,students with poor school interpersonal relationship are more likely to have school bullying behaviors due to lower self-esteem and lack of strong sense of school belonging.(4)School interpersonal relationship influences students' bullying behavior through school sense of belonging and self-esteem,that is,school sense of belonging and self-esteem play a partial mediating role between school interpersonal relationship and bullying behavior.
