Education is strong,education is the future of the nation and nation.And basic education is the foundation project to bring up talents and improve the quality of the people,narrow the gap between urban and rural educational resources,and realize the balanced development of rural basic education,which has always been one of the key points in the development of education in China.In recent years,with the increase of social attention and the inclination of various policies,the educational conditions in rural schools have been greatly improved.However,in the new period,the problem of education imbalance between urban and rural areas has undergone new changes,and the infrastructure of rural campuses has been greatly developed,but the gap between educational resources distribution,teachers' talents,teacher structure and curriculum structure and urban schools has been increasing,and gradually changing from the gap of explicit material resources in the past to the gap of implicit opportunity resources,and the gap between urban and rural education has become more and more hidden.This paper mainly discusses the education and teaching problems caused by the shortage of rural primary education resources at the present stage,and tries to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the rural primary education problems by using the method of group work from the professional point of view of social work.This paper is specifically divided into four parts.Firstly,it expounds the background and significance of the research,summarizes,classifies and comments on the existing research progress in the academic circles,and introduces the theoretical perspective and research methods.Secondly,taking Lujiang County L Primary School as an example,this paper makes a detailed investigation and research on the geographical location,school facilities,teaching situation and the structure of teachers and students,so as to obtain some problems existing in primary education and teaching in rural areas,and probes into the causes of these problems in depth;The third part tries to analyze the problems existing in rural primary education,designssix group activities to solve the problems,uses group activities to stimulate the potential of the group members,achieves the goal of solving the problems,and shows the feasibility of social work intervention in rural primary education through practical activities.
