| This paper is based on the achievement of related research, and its research object is the social work practice of a primary school in Fuzhou. Collecting related information throughly, combined with the literature research, the methods of action research and comparative study, the researcher carried out a special research on the social work intervention model of primary school.The research results show that the college-primary school jointly promote model is combined under conditions of limited external support, the use of universities and primary schools jointly launched the first of the two sides to promote bottom-up path, In this mode, the social work expertise mainly from colleges and universities; The supervisory team from primary internship supervisor and university professional supervision mutual composition; Without changing the existing school education and management pattern, to explore the needs of professional services, school social work management and operation are closely related to the practical operation of elementary school. After practice and exploration, the mode of embedded development progresses in both embedded service and embedded system.The value and meaning of the implementation of this model is embodied in the following three aspects:it meets the exploration need of most schools striving for the practice right of social work; it promotes the achievement of education goals and enhances children’s well-being; and it advances the specialization and professionalization of social work development in our country.Because of the limit-time and liquidity of the student internship platform, the lack of entity professional service platform such as social worker station, and the thin strength of the promoting subject, the model had met many obstacles in the carrying-out process. The end of the paper pointed out that the primary school of social work development is affected by various factors, and puts forward some development Suggestions. |
