A Study On The Inspirations Of The Training System Of New Zealand Youth Golf Coaches

With the return of golf to the Olympic family after more than a century,the influence of golf at home and abroad has been further enhanced.The development course of golf in China is still short,and the construction of golf in all aspects is still immature.The existing coaching team cannot meet the increasing needs of the adolescents to participate in golf,and China does not have a complete training system for the youth golf coaches.As a developed western country of golf,New Zealand has not only an advanced golf teaching system for youth,but also a complete training system for youth coaches.Therefore,this research uses literature method,expert interview method,etc.And take the training system of golf coaches in New Zealand as the research object,mainly focus on its training organization,training objectives,curriculum system,content construction,teaching method,teaching material system construction,trainer team construction and coach grading and evaluating system,etc.To investigate on and research on the present situation of New Zealand youth golf coaches training system and the present youth golf coach training.Through research and analysis,it is found that the training system for youth coaches in New Zealand has the following characteristics: 1.The organization is concise and well used resources 2.The training system is unique and quite authoritative.3.Diverse forms of training,covering a wide range of people 4.Close combination of theory and practice,emphasis on comprehensive literacy training.5.Take athletes as the center and introduce advanced teaching concepts.6.Scientific teaching based on physical and mental characteristics and training of research-based learning ability.7.Diversified training methods and remarkable learning results.8.Scientific assessment and evaluation system to accurately evaluate and reflect the level of coaches.At the same time,it is found that there are the following seven major problems in the training of coaches in China: 1.2.The diversity of the organization and the low authority of some training courses.3.Homogenization of the training system and low level of part of the training.4.Putting more emphasis on golf skill indoctrination and less on teaching method practice.5.Emphasis on professional skills rather than comprehensive quality training.6.Lack of simplification and interaction of training methods.7.Emphasis should be placed on outcome evaluation rather than process evaluation.However,there are still some commendable points in the development of China's training,such as the diversification of training courses.Based on the advanced experience of New Zealand youth golf coaches' training system and China's actual situation,this paper summarizes the enlightenment of New Zealand toChina in the following seven aspects: 1.Streamline the organization,rationally utilize the resources,and enhance the authority of the course.2.We will enrich the forms of training and combine various forms of education to expand the coverage of training courses to meet the needs of relevant groups in China.3.Centered on the youth group,guided by their actual needs and based on the theoretical basis of cutting-edge sports teaching and research,golf skill teaching is arranged according to the physical and mental development characteristics of the youth.Scientific teaching means and methods are adopted to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.4.Combining theory with practice,we pay attention to both golf theory and teaching methods.The teaching practice of golf skills is carried out at the same time.5.Attention should be paid not only to the mastery of golf skills for coaches,but also to the learning of knowledge in relevant disciplines.By training the coaches to learn the ability of scientific research,comprehensively improve the coaches' comprehensive quality.6.The latest 5G Internet and mobile terminal technologies are utilized to build a network learning platform,enrich training methods,strengthen teaching interaction and improve the learning effect of coaches.7.In the process of grade evaluation,the proportion of process evaluation should be improved to balance the relationship between theoretical evaluation and practical evaluation,and work experience should be included in the evaluation index,so as to build a scientific evaluation system and truly reflect the level of coaches.
