The Research On The Foreign Coach Training Institution In The Market Of Youth Basketball Training In Beijing

As to the sport industry,country has gave much support in it,so that the industry of youth basketball training can be developed prosperously,and the foreign coaches' training becomes the new model for the training of basketball with its unique strengths.The model of foreign coaches' training in basketball can help to attract the advanced basketball techniques abroad,improve the level of playing basketball of our youth,better advance the health of youth,and promote the development of sport industry.In this article,i choose the nine basketball institutions with foreign coaches' training in Beijing as research sample,use questionnaire method,expert interviews,and SWOT analysis to do some researches on the foreign coach training model in the market of youth basketball training in Beijing,and the main conclusions are as follow:1.Under the national policy of rapid development in sport industry,there are profound mass base and site condition of basketball in Beijing.The internationalization of education has provided basic support for the model of foreign coaches' training.With the consistent development of internet and basketball techniques,they have brought new chance for the training of basketball,and the model of foreign coaches' training in basketball has good macro development environment in Beijing.2.The model institutions of foreign coaches' training in Beijing is presented in the form of olive,they are all in the marketing type,and most of them perform their training in the way of renting places.The places of the training institutions are limited by the consumption level and site facilities,they are mostly distributed in Chaoyang district and Haidian district.The foreign coaches are mainly from Serbia and America,and there are not enough female coaches.Because of the lacking of uniform training standards to foreign coaches,the training levels of these foreign coaches are different,but most of the foreign coaches have the experiences in basketball competition.The foreign coaches are mostly in part-time,and they have poor stability.The managers have professional experiences,most of them were majoring in sports.The training institutions have low checking levels in the recruitment,management,training,and examination in the foreign coaches.The students are in the trends of low age and male;the main factors of students and parents in choosing the institutions are the requirements of foreign languages,favor in foreign coaches,and the conditions of stadiums.3.The basketball training by foreign coaches can promote the development of society,improve economic benefits,promote the physical and psychological health of students,and it has got good effects at present.4.Basketball training mode for foreign teachers relies on the advantages of bilingual teaching for foreign teachers and Beijing venues resources,and has a big market.In the process of rapid development,there are also some problems,such as backward management level,single profit model.In the future,we should seize the opportunity of policy,combine with the development of basketball,seek the cooperation mode with school sports,reduce the development threat of market competition and talent shortage.5.In the future,the developing trends are mostly concentrated on the regulations of training markets,shaping the teaching resources of foreign coaches,improving environments of stadiums,seeking cooperation with schools,introducing social resources,and completing operation models,and other respects.
