Evaluation And Result Analysis Of Youth Basketball Training Satisfaction Under The Background Of Healthy China

In recent years,with the rapid development of the society,people's demand for the service industry has increased greatly.As one of the components of the sports service market,sports training is more and more known and needed by people.As one of the most popular sports nowadays,basketball attracts people of all ages in China,especially with the 2019 basketball World Cup being held in China,people's enthusiasm for basketball has been pushed to the peak.Basketball has the ability to shape the personality spirit,and has the function of enlightening and educating the individual's social behavior.In this paper,combining with the characteristics of China's training market and China customer satisfaction index(CCSI)model,the customer satisfaction theory applied to youth basketball training industry,using the literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,analytic hierarchy process and so on were adopted,research on Wuhan city youth basketball training satisfaction,using the correlation analysis,variance analysis to find the key factors of affecting youth basketball training in Wuhan city,explore more youth basketball training industry in Wuhan city better development countermeasures,improve the quality of youth basketball training overall service in Wuhan city.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Gender,training duration,weekly training frequency,and years of training of different trainees all have significant differences in satisfaction in some aspects,and designing a more reasonable course system for different types of trainees is an important way to improve satisfaction.The teaching quality is the highest and the service and teaching environment are the two indexes with the lowest.Maintaining and improving the quality of teaching is the basis of improving the degree of satisfaction.The overall satisfaction of the youth basketball trainees in Wuhan is relatively satisfied,with a high degree of recognition of the professional ability of the coaches,and a relatively low degree of satisfaction of the moral education and communication ability of the coaches.Therefore,the coaches need to strengthen the all-round education of the trainees so as to improve the satisfaction of the trainees.Adolescent students' participation motivation is the three exercise,interests,and improve the technical level of basketball,students look for in a basketball course satisfaction score is low,how the technology training and exercise at the same time make the lessons more interesting,promote students interest in basketball class level and improve satisfaction ofimportant factor.The reason for the high satisfaction of youth basketball trainees in Wuhan is that the perceived value of customers is greater than the expectation of customers and the expectation is not high.With the increase of the training time and the increasing requirements of students and parents,it is urgent to improve the service level of institutions.
