Exploration And Research On "Zhengzhou Model" Of School Women's Football Development In Primary And Secondary Schools

Campus football activities have been carried out in full swing in the country for five years,but most of the public are concerned about all aspects of men's football.For the campus women's football,there is a big gap with the campus men's football in both practical and theoretical research.In 2016,Wang Dengfeng,director of the Department of physical health and art education of the Ministry of education,accompanied the supervision team of the Ministry of education to Zhengzhou to speed up the development of youth campus football,said that Zhengzhou campus football has a model role for the whole country,showing full recognition of Zhengzhou campus football.Zhengzhou City has accumulated a lot of successful experience in carrying out campus football activities,including the training and development of primary and secondary school women's football.I hope that through the exploration and research of the development of Zhengzhou primary and secondary school women's football,I can summarize and extract the special "Zhengzhou mode" of Zhengzhou primary and secondary school women's football development,and I hope to give it to other cities in Henan Province and women's football workers in the whole country to provide the path and experience that can be used for reference and popularized.This paper uses the methods of literature,on-the-spot investigation,interview and questionnaire to study several primary and secondary schools which can represent the development characteristics of Zhengzhou campus women's football,including Jinshui District Jinqiao primary school,Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone Experimental Primary School,Zhengzhou Lishui foreign language school,Zhengzhou No.2 Middle School,Zhengzhou No.31 middle school and Zhengzhou No.85 middle school and other schools carried out surveys,and found that female football students in Zhengzhou primary and secondary schools have a high degree of participation,which can basically achieve full participation;from the competition results and talent delivery,we can also see that the training work of female football in Zhengzhou primary and secondary schools has good performance,and explore the management,teaching training,competition organization and teacher training in the development process of female football in Zhengzhou primary and secondary schools Finally,it summarizes the unique "Zhengzhou mode" of the development of women's football in Zhengzhou primary and secondary schools.Summarized as follows:(1)In the top-level design of Zhengzhou campus women's football development,there are scientific development concept as the guide;there are knowledgeable professionals to do things;there are sound rules and regulations as the basis;there are reasonable management system production guarantee as the basis for the rapid development of primary and secondary school campus women's football.(2)In the aspect of teaching and training of women's football in Zhengzhou primary and secondary schools,we mainly focus on classroom teaching and explore new teaching mode according to the actual situation of the school;the requirements of football activities are clear and the form is novel;football experimental classes are set up to unblock the entrance to school and solve the contradiction between learning and training;football culture is publicized to create a strong football atmosphere;scientific and technological means are introduced into teaching and training to assist football management.(3)In Zhengzhou primary and secondary school women's football competition organization,carry out diversified Football League,improve the participation of ordinary students;strive to run the basic football league,improve social attention.(4)In the aspect of Zhengzhou primary and secondary school women's football teachers' training,we should strengthen the teachers' training,provide sufficient teachers' team,provide various opportunities for further study abroad,improve the quality of teaching and training,set up excellent teachers' model,cooperate with foreign teachers,and learn from advanced teaching experience.
