Research On The Construction Of The Public Sports Service System For The Elderly In Urban Community From The Perspective Of Embedded Pension

To ensure the healthy development of the elderly is the key to improve the quality of life of the elderly.Therefore,the related sports service has become a hot topic of social concern.At present,China's aging situation is grim,and properly handling the elderly's pension problem will become the key to China's future development.The embedded pension with its unique characteristics has become an effective way to solve the pension problem in China.Therefore,it is an important way to promote the further development of our country how to establish the construction of the elderly sports service system under the embedded pension mode,to meet the physical exercise needs of the elderly groups,and to provide high-quality and efficient sports services for the elderly groups.The research uses literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Taking Yujia elderly service center of Yuncheng City as an example,this paper focuses on the investigation of the current situation and demand of physical exercise of the elderly group,and analyzes the problems in the construction of the elderly sports service system under the embedded pension mode of Yuncheng City,combined with the development of the social sports resources of Yuncheng City.The results show that there are many problems in the old-age sports service system under the embedded pension mode in Yuncheng.Lack of laws and regulations on the construction of sports service system under the embedded pension model;short-term profitability is difficult to provide a good sports environment for the elderly;the elderly and social resources are widely sourced,and no effective sports organization and management department has been formed;there are large individual differences among the elderly,the demand for sports service personnel is large,and professional sports service is difficult;no effective sports service has been formed The supervision and feedback system of sports service system construction.In view of the deficiencies found in the investigation,laws and regulations should be improved as soon as possible to provide effective service guarantee;investmentshould be increased to improve the opening of social resources;publicity should be strengthened to diversify the ways of communication;the ability of internal service personnel should be improved to strengthen the training of social directors;the function of medical monitoring should be enriched to strengthen the contact with social medical resources;and Strengthen service supervision and ensure the quality of sports services for the elderly.
