In order to analyze the performance of excellent kayakers,special ergometers are often used to reflect the specific sports performance of kayakers.The K2 and K4 kayak has always been a key project of the Chinese kayak team.The purpose of this study is to pass the maximum oxygen uptake of seven outstanding athletes of the National Women's Kayak(Sprint Water)Team in the special ergometer mode.Systematic analysis and monitoring are performed,and the characteristics of maximum oxygen uptake changes of athletes on special ergometers are compared and compared with each other,combined with training plans,maximum strength characteristics,two kayaking World Cup 2019 and World Championship 2019 results,Analyze the changing characteristics of the athlete's maximum oxygen uptake and the specific competitive ability.The characteristics of canoeing events determine that kayakers must have the ability to output high power under high intensity.The power output ability is a composite sports quality composed of aerobic capacity,strength and speed quality,which represents the overall characteristics of special physical fitness,and reflects the comprehensive level of the athlete's ability is the key to winning the game.The research includes: the characteristics of changes in the maximum oxygen uptake during the preparation of the National Women's Kayak Team during the Tokyo Olympics cycle;the impact of the training plan and the maximum strength level on the maximum oxygen uptake;Study on correlation of maximum oxygen uptake;Analysis conclusion:1.The essence of the winning rule of the periodic action racing project is the contest of the athletes' maximum ability.The pursuit of the athlete's special maximum functional ability(output power)is the core of the winning rule of periodic sports.The maximum oxygen uptake test in the special ergometer mode is the most effective scientific test method to test and evaluate athletes' aerobic capacity,maximum speed ability,and special endurance.2.The variation characteristics of the maximum oxygen uptake of the Chinese women's kayak team under the special ergometer mode in preparation for the2020 Tokyo Olympics cycle are: the average maximum oxygen uptake measured by the team in the winter training cycle in 2019 and the winter training in 2018 Compared to the cycle,the change in the maximum oxygen uptake of the athlete is directly related to the training plan and purpose of the coach.However,from the 2018 winter training water special training content and plan,it seems that the stimulation and intensity that can increase the athlete's maximum oxygen uptake cannot be achieved.3.The maximum bench press,bench pull and deadlift levels of the entire women's kayak team in 2019 have increased significantly compared with the winter training in 2018,However,in the water specific training plan,the entire team was not trained for maximum speed,aerobic oxidation,and muscle tolerance to lactic acid.The onshore ability was not tightly integrated with the water specific,resulting in unsatisfactory results in 2019 world-class competitions.4.From the 2019 World Championships,we can see that the Chinese women's kayak team's sailing ability is not very backward.The fundamental reason is that the ability to maintain on the way is very weak.This is inseparable from the intensity of our usual training.Maximum oxygen uptake and power are two relative variables.It is impossible to improve the performance in high-level competitions by only increasing one part.The two can only achieve the purpose of improving the special performance under the premise of coordinated development.
