Long jump is one of the oldest competitive sports,which requires students to have good speed and fast strength.In the teaching of track and field long jump in the college physical education major,the long jump is the most widely used.With the expansion of college enrollment scale,students' sports quality is uneven,and with the reform of college physical education teaching program,the teaching hours of physical education major are reduced,the teaching task is heavy,and the track and field teaching course is faced with great challenges and difficulties in the development of college physical education major in China.The innovation teaching means breaks the teaching dilemma,improves the teaching quality to become the top priority.Therefore,this paper will be in the long jump teaching,on the basis of the traditional teaching means,the application of rapid expansion compound training means to assist the teaching.This paper explores the effectiveness of rapid expansion compound training in long jump teaching,and provides new practice means and reference for long jump teaching.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experiment.Male students of two classes of physical education major in2018 of capital university of physical education were randomly selected as experimental subjects and divided into experimental group and control group according to their student Numbers.Experimental application of rapid expansion composite training was conducted in the stand type broad-jump lesson preparation section auxiliary teaching,the control group in the class to prepare some traditional preparation activities according to the syllabus,this article selects acceleration 30 meters,20 meters timing hop,standing triple jump,jump on one foot deep jump four special quality test indicators,after 12 weeks of teaching experiments in the experimental group and control group of special quality index and stand type long jump skill test score evaluation,training,and the data were analyzed statistically.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the standing triple jump,the 20-meter time single-foot jump and the single-foot deep jump among the special qualities of the upright long jump.However,there was no significant difference in the results of the30-meter accelerated running,but the results of the 30-meter accelerated running in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,indicating that the rapid expansion and contraction compoundtraining was more effective in improving the special quality of the long jump for the students majoring in physical education.2.After 12 weeks of rapid expansion and expansion training,the physical education students' performance in the standing triple jump,the20-meter time single-foot jump and the single-foot deep jump has been greatly improved,indicating that the improvement of the special quality of the long-jump has a positive effect.3.The application of rapid expansion and contraction compound training in the teaching of long jump is more significant in improving the technical evaluation and reaching the standard of long jump for students majoring in physical education,indicating that the teaching effect of rapid expansion and contraction compound training is better.4.Rapid expansion and contraction compound training can improve students' interest in learning,promote students' understanding and mastery of special techniques,and improve the teaching effect.
