Long jump is a very old track and field sport.After years of development,it has become an important sport in the current competition and physical education.Standing up long jump has become a compulsory course for college students majoring in physical education.Nowadays,with the reform of teaching syllabus,the number of teaching hours of skill course is decreasing day by day,which leads to the situation of short time,heavy task and difficult to master.How to make each student finish the course objectives well within the limited class hours has become a problem that every teacher should think about.In this paper,through the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,combined with the existing teaching conditions,the technical characteristics and movement structure of the straight forward long jump,a series of fast stretching and compound exercises are designed and applied to the practice of the straight forward long jump teaching course of physical education major of Shanxi University,so as to improve students' learning Learning effect and sports achievement,and provide new ideas and reference for the teaching of long jump.In the teaching experiment,46 freshmen from two classes of Shanxi University were randomly selected as the experimental objects.One class was used as the experimental group,in the part of special preparation activities,the rapid stretching composite exercise was used,and one class was used as the control group,using the traditional special preparation activities.The two classes were taught eight times in the long jump.After the teaching experiment,the physical quality and learning interest indexes of the two classes before and after the experiment were compared longitudinally in the group,and after the experiment,the standup long jump and technical evaluation results of the two classes were compared horizontally between the groups.The experimental results were analyzed and summarized,and the following conclusions were obtained finally:(1)the compound practice of rapid expansion and contraction has obvious effect on improving students' performance of standing long jump,standing triple jump and 20 meter time single foot jump,but has no obvious effect on improving 30 meter acceleration run.(2)it is of great significance to improve the students' achievement of reaching the standard.(3)through the positive transfer of movement skills,the students' mastery of the technical movements of the long jump can be improved,so as to improve the students' technical evaluation results.(4)the fast stretching compound training can stimulate students' interest in learning,arouse their initiative and enthusiasm in learning,and activate the classroom atmosphere.
