| During the CBA league,the management of referees is always the focus of attention.After the establishment of the CBA company,the referee management related institutions have gradually improved.For referees,CBA company has formulated more comprehensive rules and regulations,so the league referees have a more standardized and scientific management.With the development of the league,it can be found that the management of referees has achieved good results,but in some regulations and systems in line with the development of the league referees in our country,it still needs practice to test.In order to manage the league referees better and realize the professionalization of league referees,this paper mainly studies the current corporatization operation Under the league referee management problems,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.The main research methods in this paper are: literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method.Comprehensive and detailed analysis of the management system,training,selection,management during the season,management after the end of the season,and the management effectiveness of the current stage of the CBA league referees under the operation of the company.The following conclusions were drawn:1.The competitive ability of the organization can be enhanced more effectively under the management of corporatization operation.In learning from foreign league management should be selected to learn from.2.CBA company to the league referee management administrative trend gradually weakened.The company to the referee set the regular system too outline,lack of executive power.3.CBA company in the management of league referees,in order to better meet the needs of the market,the referee team to create a good competitive environment.4.CBA company has changed the training content of league referees,more close to the actual needs of league referees.However,the lack of integrity and continuity of the training problems to be resolved.5.CBA company's management of referees in the season is moving towards a more scientific and standardized direction.But at present CBA there are some communication problems between the company and the referee.6.CBA company provides the salary service to the league referee to show the gradual upward trend,but the salary system is still in the imperfect stage,causes the referee professionalization process to be slow.7.CBA the company's professional and effective management measures improve the overall quality of referees,but the media's external supervision of referees has become more stringent.Therefore,the levelof referees needs to meet the requirements,continuous improvement.8.Development countermeasures of referee management in CBA league are as follows: optimizing referee management system;creating a good referee competition environment;increasing feedback and communication to referees during the season;enriching the training content of referees and improving the standard of training assessment;perfecting the referee compensation system and speeding up the professionalization of referees. |
