| Methods and Objectives: This study mainly uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,SWOT analysis and mathematical statistics,analyzes the current situation of referees in China’s professional football league and the management system of referees in China’s professional football league,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of referees’ professionalization in China’s professional football league,and then constructs the development path of referees’ professionalization in China’s professional football league.The results are as follows:(1)The current situation of referees in China’s football professional leagues is as follows: the referee structure is relatively amateur,the personnel composition is relatively complex,the referee age is relatively old,the professional ethics is lacking,the professional ability is short,the physical level is different,and the psychological quality needs to be strengthened;(2)SWOT analysis of referee professionalization in China’s professional football league shows that internal advantages should be brought into play,external opportunities should be seized,internal disadvantages should be overcome,external threats should be avoided,referee legal system should be built,professional referees should be trained,referee professionalization should be actively explored,and referee professionalization system should be established and improved;(3)In this study,based on the "theoretical model of human resource management",with the help of factor analysis,the influencing factor model of the professionalization development path of referees in China’s Professional Football League is obtained.: government macro-control =0.046* policies and regulations +0.061*economic level +0.044* cultural concept +0.049* referee management system +0.062*referee selection and promotion system +0.064* referee training and supervision system+0.070* referee salary Market regulation =0.051* league development scale +0.049*league organization ability +0.068* league marketization degree +0.036* club operation+0.061* application of scientific and technological means;The construction of personal core competence =0.044* referee’s professional ability +0.057* referee’s foreign language ability +0.064* referee’s professional quality +0.056* referee’s physical quality +0.053*referee’s psychological quality. |
