Research On The Current Situation Of Part Of Schools With Teenagers Campus Tennis Characteristic In China

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China's economic development level,the development of tennis is in full swing.The China Tennis Open,Shanghai Masters and other international tennis events have been held successfully,which attracts attention of a increasing number of people and makes tennis be known and practiced by general public.In order to meet the development trend of tennis in China,enrich the content of school sports,and find a new way to cultivate young tennis candidates,the Ministry of Education launched a national youth campus tennis pilot project in 2017,and announced the first group of 285 national youth campus tennis special schools in July 2018.Visual analysis of CNKI campus tennis related papers published during 2014-2019 has been held through Citespace,which finds there are only few studies on primary and secondary school tennis and only two papers related with the national youth campus tennis pilot work.In this article,I use various method including consulting related literature,distributing questionnaires,initiating interview,making mathematical statistics and logical analysis to start my investigation about 60 national youth campus tennis special schools in five aspects,tennis classes,tennis extracurricular sports activities,tennis after-school training and competition,tennis teacher strength and professional learning training,tennis court equipment and special funds.And we have explored the problems existing in the development of tennis in 60 schools and proposed development countermeasures to solve them.In this investigation,I mainly draw the following conclusions:1.Among the 285 National Youth school tennis featured schools selected in the first batch,the number of schools in junior and senior high schools is very small,while most schools are concentrated in primary schools.2.In terms of tennis classroom teaching,some schools have not formulated teaching syllabus,and some schools have not selected tennis textbooks,and have not carried out regular learning and evaluation of tennis students,and even a few schools have not yet opened tennis classes.Tennis extracurricular sports activities in a single form,a few schools do not include tennis in extracurricular sports activities.In terms of tennis training and competition,most schools have not established a transportation mechanism for young tennis reserve talents,nor regularly organized tennis competitions in schools,and a few schools have not established tennis teams.The special level of tennis teachers investigated is low,the number of tennis special teachers is small,only a few schools employ tennis special teachers;many schools do not regularly organize teachers to participate in tennis special training and carry out tennis teaching and research activities.Most of the school tennis court equipment and special funds can not meet the needs.3.The problems in the process of development include: unbalanced distribution of various schools,imperfect transportation mechanism of young tennis reserve talents;imperfect construction of tennis curriculum system,unsatisfactory organization of tennis matches in schools;weak tennis teachers,lack of special learning and training;limited tennis venues,equipment and special funds.In the future development countermeasures: the education department should broaden the selection ideas and build a multi-stage linkage training mechanism;the school should improve the tennis curriculum system and gradually establish the school tennis competition mechanism;the education department and the school should integrate various social forces to jointly solve the tennis field equipment problem;the school should strengthen the special training of tennis teachers and improve the level of tennis teachers.
