Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Junior Tennis Reserve Talents Training In Sichuan Province

Sichuan province is one of major tennis province in China which provided a large number of elite athletes to our national team and achived excellent grades in all competitions.But in recent years,tennis reserved talented teenagers' development of Sichuan province facd problems such as lack of poweand talent fault phenomen.They also did not achieve satisfactory result in almost all of the major competitions in recent years,so analysis the trianning situation of the reserved talented adolescent tennis athelte in sichuan province in-depth and put forward improvement suggestions for junior tennis reserve personnel training has great significance.This article used the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to analyse the training present situation of junior tennis reservetalented in Sichuan province and analyze its influencing factors and the main reasons of restricting factors.By studying this paper found that: first,the age of the Sichuan province's youth talents mainly are 6-15 years old and the boy proportion is much higher than the girl proportion,training duration is main1-4 years,and enlightenment training age is from 8 to 9,teenagers and their parents would much rather trade tennis as a hobby or as a way of entrance examination for secondary school or college rather than become a professional athlete,club,family and school education mode compared with who cultivate in the trianning team has many disadvantages;Second,the common problem in junior tennis reserve personnel training in Sichuan province ia the competitions' level teenagers entryed are low and they got less compitiotional experience;Third,the overall quality of Sichuan adolescent tennis reserve talented person's coaches is not high and the excellent coaches are clusterd in training team of city and province;Fourth,the tennis training institutions mainly for the relevant government departments investment,poor infrastructure,narrow and students lack of funding sources.This paper argued that teenagers backup talent cultivation in Sichuan province adverse main influence factors including the training mode,coaches,competition factors,family factors and infrastructure conditions,etc.,and suggeted toimprove Sichuan adolescent tennis reserve personnel training present situation shall start from the system adjustment,supporting the race,construction of the coach team,cultivation of tennis hobbies and improvement of infrastructure construction.Specifically counterments shch as promoting diversity training mode reform,improving the existing selection channels,introducing social capital and strengthen security measures;Set up special fund and actively undertake big competition;improving the coaches evaluation system,establish the training system and strengthen the coach coaches communication system;strengthen the propaganda and gradually implement for training of adolescent tennis;strengthen the construction of infrastructure.The paper hoped that through this article research to help junior tennis reserve personnel training in Sichuan province.
