| Facing the upcoming Winter Olympic Games in 2022,China's ice and snow sports are facing huge challenges.Against this background,China has launched cross-border selection of ice and snow sports,aiming to enrich China's reserve for ice and snow sports,and complete the entire project in 2022.Participate and achieve excellent goals.This research is based on the current status of cross-border selection of ice and snow sports in China.Based on the implementation of cross-border selection of ice and snow sports,the present situation of cross-border selection of ice and snow sports in China is analyzed from the perspective of sports training and sociology.Using the literature method to sort out the previous research results,the theoretical basis and thesis framework of this research were established.The expert interview method and case analysis method were used to understand the current situation of cross-border selection of snow and ice sports events,and analyze the current cross-border snow and ice sports events in China.What are the positive effects brought by the selection of materials,and find out that there are still problems in the implementation of cross-border material selection,analyze the reasons for these problems and propose suggestions and countermeasures.The study found that since the implementation of cross-border selection of ice and snow sports events,cross-border selection of ice and snow sports events has basically solved the situation of unattended participation in multiple projects,enriched the reserve talent team for various snow and ice sports events,and improved the international competitiveness of some projects.For cross-border selection athletes in ice and snow sports,it is conducive to tapping the athletic potential of cross-border selection athletes and prolongs the sports life of cross-border selection athletes.For non-cross-boundary athletes in ice and snow sports,it will increase the enthusiasm of non-cross-boundary athletes for training and participation,and improve the level of competitive ability of non-cross-boundary athletes.However,since the implementation of cross-border selection of ice and snow sports in China,there is a relatively large amount of cross-border material selection across the country,the follow-up guarantee mechanism for cross-border material selection athletes needs to be improved,and the construction of coach teams is insufficient,Causes imbalance of non-cross-border athletes in ice and snow sports.And so on.It is found through research that the main reasons for these problems are due to the thin foundation of China's ice and snow sports;the wide range of cross-border selection of snow and ice sports in China;the cross-border selection of ice and snow sports athletes do not have a complete and sound entry system;the level of coaches is uneven and lack Experience and ability of cross-border coaching;in some policies,non-cross-border athletes are preferred.In view of the above problems,suggestions are made for solving the problems of large investment,follow-up guarantee mechanism,coaches,and athletes.I hope that in the future ice and snow sports can focus resources on targeted cross-border selection;improve the follow-up of cross-border material selection for ice and snow sports.Guarantee system;improve the overall level of coaches for ice and snow sports;each project should establish and improve a scientific material selection system to improve the rate of cross-border talent selection;strengthen the study of cross-border training theory,build a cross-border material selection training system for snow and ice sports and Protect the interests of non-cross-border athletes through various means.It is hoped that these methods can be used to continuously improve the level of China's ice and snow sports events and improve the efficiency of cross-border material selection of China's ice and snow sports events.These are the practical needs of China as the host to host the 24 th Winter Olympics. |
