School administration is a series of methods of management executed by educators to attain the optimal educational objectives. Since the reform and opening of China, especially after the economic system of socialism market is established, technology and education have been two wheels of development of the modern society which put forward the implementation and development of the strategy of our developing country by science and education. School administration, as a kind of science, plays a more and more important role, and the methods and modes of school administration are more and more refined. As one of the school administration modes, quantization administration is widely used in all kinds of schools at all levels which become the primary way to administer schools, and there is a trend of pan-quantization administration.Educators should realize sensibly, the more widely pan-quantization administration is used, the more defects of pan-quantization administration are exposed. Therefore deep thinking of educators should be arisen by the double-side of quantization administration. This paper utilized theories such as educational administration and educational statistics. Analyzed and discussed the gains and loss of pan-quantization school administration in details through investigation. Statistics and living examples Dosed on this. This paper discussed and studied theoretically in four aspects: First of all. Seven modes and the relations of them are introduced briefly from the points of view of school- managing science; Secondly. Generation and development of the quantization modes of school administration are discussed in this part, and the statistic analysis of current pan-quantization mode of school administration is carried out; thirdly. The gains and loss of pan-quantization mode of school administration are analyzed and discussed from the points of view of pedagogy, educational statistics and the science of educational management; And finally. Laws and rules which should be well settled are put forward rationally and scientifically based on the theory research and examples analyzed above.
