National Disabled Persons' Federation has presided over the related work on the development of sports culture for the disabled in the country in the past 20 years, leaving behind a series of deep hope that the research results of this article can help the development of basketball for the deaf in the special education specialty of colleges and universities, and further improve the level of basketball for the deaf and the disabled in China. After a lot of investigations and visits, this article concludes as follows:1.The deaf women's basketball team of Changchun University is an amateur non-organized sports team. After attending the college entrance examination, the admission line will be met and the students will grow up.Then they will be selected according to their hobbies and interests. Most of the players come from special education schools(high schools)in various places, and most of them have many years of basketball experience2.The deaf women basketball team members of Changchun University are very diligent. They learn 4-6 hours of professional classes every day,and have a good grasp of professional knowledge. The daily training is 2 hours each, and the training duration is about 10-12 hours per week. The pre-match training is adjusted to Monday,Wednesday, and Friday, and the duration is the same each time. The team members can balance the training plan and academic arrangements, and there is no contradiction between learning and training.3.The deaf women's basketball team of Changchun University implements the policy of “playing for the game”,and strictly controls the content of high-load training in daily training.Through multiple external exchanges and multiple participation experiences, the team 's training results are checked and existing problems are corrected.problem.The training subsidies for the players are issued by the Disabled Persons 'Federation and the Special Education College.A large-scale competition will receive a prize from the Disabled Persons' Federation of Jilin Province.4.The coach of the deaf women's basketball team at Changchun University has a master's degree and has a full-time professional characteristic. After completing thebasic teaching tasks,he can lead the team to train wholeheartedly.According to the school regulations, the game results during the team can be regarded as scientific research results. To a certain extent, the work pressure of the coach is reduced.5.Due to the nature of the team, the current team does not have sufficient financial support, and there are also obvious problems in the use of venues and equipment. At the same time, the team does not have a team doctor, and the basic training conditions for athletes are more difficult.6.The recommendations are as follows: The current conditions for the establishment of a professional sports team for the disabled can be considered together with the expansion and expansion of coaches, and the pilot work of teachers no longer serving as part-time coaches should be launched to strengthen each other's professionalism. At the same time of funding, seek a reasonable commercialization of the team, thereby expanding the funding channels, not only to protect the team's daily expenses, but also to solve the problem of shortage of supporting facilities such as stadiums and medical facilities.
