Investigation On The Current Situation Of Women Basketball Team Construction In Henan University

Henan University has gone through 31 years of development since the trial of high-level sports teams in 1986 and has made tremendous contributions to the development of college basketball,the dissemination of school sports culture,and the cultivation of reserve talents.With the development of college basketball leagues,the level of sports in colleges and universities has also gradually approached,and competition is increasing.The advantage of the women's basketball team of Henan University in the past has ceased to exist in the country.The advantage in Henan Province has also been gradually catch up with the high-level sports teams of other universities.The internal and external situations of the team have undergone tremendous changes.If the current situation of the team is not studied in a timely manner,and if the conflicts and problems are not solved,the development of the team will be restricted for a long time.Through questionnaires and interviews with experts on the status quo of the Heda Women's Basketball Team,and based on the literature review,this paper analyzed the construction of the women's basketball team in Henan University,and analyzed the status quo of the women's basketball team,the status quo of the athletes,and blood stasis.The factors of competition,basketball team management and other factors have analyzed the reasons constraining the development of the team,and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures,which provide a theoretical reference for the construction of the Grand Women Basketball Team.This article uses the expert interview method,survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to investigate the construction status of the women's basketball team in Henan University,and analyzes many problems that affect the construction of the women's basketball team in Henan University.The findings are as follows:1.The coaches of the Women's Basketball Team of the river have long been served by teachers at school.The number of them is relatively small.The coaching training is taught.Coaches are under greater pressure and less subsidies.Arkansas Central State University employs full-time coaches with a large number of staff.The coaches have a clear division of labor and can lead the team in more focused training.2.The athletes have unified professionalism and more effective management of players,but they have influenced the development of team members' interests and the direction of employment.Arkansas Central State University students choose their profession according to their own preferences,and they can enter social development after graduation.3.The large number of women's basketball teams participates in the competition.The team lacks opportunities for running-in and training and lacks experience in the competition.Arkansas Central State University has a relatively large number of entries.There are a large number of games to ensure that players improve their technical and tactical abilities,allowing the team to have adequate training opportunities;4.The enrollment of the athletes of the Grand National Sports University is relatively single.The main source of students is concentrated in Henan Province.It has certain limitations and limits the absorption of talents from the country.Arkansas Central State University has scouts who are responsible for enrollment,lobbying by the head coach,and setting up high scholarships for athletes to recruit basketball talent for the school;5.The team did not have sufficient funding support,insufficient funds led to training facilities can not keep up,the number of teams participating is not much,adequate funding is the team's steady forward protection.Arkansas Central State University is relatively well funded and has a variety of funding sources to ensure the team's training and competition needs;6.Henan University lacks the support of the medical team,the team wants to develop,and the improvement of logistical support is crucial.Arkansas Central State University has a large medical team to ensure that athletes receive timely treatment in the event of a sudden injury or illness during the competition and training,and to resolve the worries of the athletes.7.Inspiration: There are more coaches,all of whom are full-time coaches;students can choose their own majors,have better employment prospects;have more entries and have enough exercise opportunities;enrollment methods are more flexible;funding channels are diversified,and there are many Sources of funding;medical teams are large and team doctors provide follow-up treatment.It is recommended to improve the construction of the coach team;stimulate the athletes' enthusiasm for learning;increase the number of games,improve the athletes' experience in the competition,help the coach find out the problems in the training,and strengthen the coaches to communicate with the management and the admissions office so that the enrollment becomes more flexible and proactive.To conduct selections;broaden funding sources;recruit medical talent and build a medical team for high-level sports teams in Henan University.
