In the new era,with the reform of higher education system in our country,the minority college students get unprecedented development opportunities,This also puts forward a new era proposition for the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.How to train the minority college students into high-level talents that meet the needs of social development in China has become the central task of Ideological and political teaching activities in Colleges and universities.Ethnic minority college students shoulder the important task of disseminating the socialist core values for the people of all ethnic groups.They are the backbone of safeguarding the reunification of the motherland and national unity.Strengthening the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students is the essential embodiment of the socialist school running concept of colleges and universities in China,and an important way to guide them to strengthen their socialist ideals and beliefs.With the improvement of new media technology,network life has become an important part of the daily life of ethnic minority college students.It constructs a virtual world full of hope and crisis for ethnic minority college students.In the face of complex network information,the ability of interpretation and criticism of ethnic minority college students is facing an unprecedented test,which also brings new challenges to the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students.The development of new media not only brings great convenience to the study and life of ethnic minority college students,but also affects their physical and mental health,interpersonal communication and the formation of national consciousness.How ethnic minority college students to spend their growth period smoothly and healthily is an important issue that needs to be faced in the new media era.Therefore,ideological and political workers in Colleges and universities need to intensify the research on the network behavior of ethnic minority college students,actively explore the skills of communication with them,so that the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students can be better implemented in the new media campus culture of informatization and networking.The particularity of minority college students leads to the dilemma of Ideological and political education.Under the impact of new media technology,the traditional mode of Ideological and political education can no longer meet the development needs of minority college students.In view of this,how to improve the strategy of Ideological and politicaleducation of ethnic minority college students from the perspective of new media is a new task to be solved urgently.This study consists of five chapters: first,the introduction discusses the background and significance of this study,and puts forward the purpose of this study;second,based on the analysis of literature review at home and abroad,as well as the content and ideas of this study,it puts forward the research methods and innovations of this paper.I hope to provide the theoretical basis for the follow-up research.The second part is the theoretical basis of Ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students from the perspective of new media.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of new media,the definition and characteristics of ethnic minority college students are described in theory.Secondly,the ideological and political education,ethnic policy and other related theories are analyzed to explore the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students from the perspective of new media The particularity and necessity of governing education.The third part,first of all,taking three universities in Shaanxi Province as an example,makes an in-depth investigation of the current situation of the ideological and political education carried out by ethnic minority college students in the perspective of new media.Through the analysis and mining of data,it analyzes the current situation of Ideological and Political Education of ethnic minority college students,which lays a realistic foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,based on the content of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the new media to the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students,and provides the theoretical basis and analysis ideas for the follow-up innovative research path.The fourth part,this chapter mainly from strengthening the new relationship between teachers and students to the establishment of learning class network platform and discourse system construction,and finally discusses the construction and improvement of education carrier channels,to provide a new research approach for the development of Ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students.
