Research On The Cultivation Of Youth Badminton Reserve Talents In Shanghai Under The Model Of Combination Of Sports And Education

The "combination of sports and education" athlete training model is an important development strategy for the cultivation of compound sports reserve talents in China in order to give full play to the advantages of the education sector and the sports sector,and promote the development of athletes' competitive strength and cultural level in all aspects.The new chairman of the Chinese Badminton Association Zhang Jun re-emphasized the need to promote the "combination of sports and education"model of badminton in primary and secondary schools.In December 2016,Shanghai also re-enacted the "Shanghai Sports and Education Promotion Plan(2016-2020)".However,the badminton reserve in Shanghai still faces the dilemma of talent shortage.Therefore,this article explores the training mode of Shanghai badminton reserve talents under the "combination of sports and education" model.It has certain practical significance.It is hoped that by analyzing the current situation and constraints of the training of Shanghai badminton reserve talents,it will draw lessons from the "sport education Based on the excellent practical experience of“combination”,the training strategy of Shanghai badminton reserve talents is put forward,which is beneficial to the related research on the training of Shanghai youth badminton back talents.This research uses literature,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods to explore the training of Shanghai badminton reserve talents under the combination of sports and education mode.First,the related concepts of "combination of sports and education",The theory,evolution process and the level and structure are explained.Second,the research investigates the enrollment mechanism,training mechanism,guarantee mechanism,and delivery mechanism of the Shanghai youth badminton reserve talents under the "combination of sports and education" model.Issues are examined;again,the study introduces the training model of "combination of sports and education" in the United States;finally,the study proposes strategies to improve the training model of "combination of sports and education" of Shanghai badminton reserve talents.Research conclusions as follows:(1)From the perspective of the enrollment mechanism,the overall age and ball age of Shanghai's badminton reserve talents under the "combination of sports and education" model are reasonable,but there are narrow channels for recruiting students,a single selection method,and a serious loss of reserve talents with age.And the lack of motivation for the reserve talents.(2)From the perspective of the training mechanism,under the "combination of sports and education" model,the number of weekly trainings of badminton reserve talents in Shanghai is small,the weekly training time is not enough,the scientific level of training arrangements needs to be further improved,and the training plan of some athletes is not clear.In addition,athletes have lower satisfaction with training time and learning time,and generally present problems such as prominent contradictions in school training.(3)From the perspective of the guarantee mechanism,under the "combination of sports and education" mode,the coaches of the Shanghai badminton reserve talents are mainly young coaches,the coaches have low professional titles and sports skill levels,and more than half of the coaches are very Participate in training less or never.In addition,based on our survey results,we can know that the number of venues in some schools under the combined mode of sports and education still cannot meet the needs of badminton reserve talents,and sports equipment can basically meet the needs of badminton reserve talents.(4)From the perspective of the delivery mechanism,the delivery goal of the Shanghai badminton reserve talents under the "combination of sports and education" mode is ambiguous.The delivery basis is based on the combination of sports skills and cultural lessons.The delivery reward mechanism for coaches is not perfect.,For the badminton player's low success rate.(5)The American "combination of sports and education" model is more successful because the United States has always considered "combination of sports and education" as an educational development concept;the athlete's "loose entry and strict exit" system is a prerequisite for implementing "combination of sports and education";systematization The campus competition system is the basis for the implementation of "combination of sports and education".High-level coaches and sufficient venue resources are the guarantee for the implementation of "combination of sports and education".Complete rules and regulations ensure the healthy development of "combination of sports and education".
