A Study On The Construction Of The Evaluation Index Of Juvenile Taiji Push-hands Dan Systerm

As one of the martial arts confrontation projects,Tai Chi Pushing Hands widely spreads at home and abroad with excellent traditional culture and its own unique charm.The roles in the communication process mainly includes: Taiji acts as a link and bridge to promote international culture exchanges,as a training method to help people cultivate their own self-cultivation,and as an excellent martial arts fist plant to show the national figure.For better progress,Tai Chi push-hands needs to carry out dan system learnt from Chinese martial arts and taekwondo,karate etc.The purpose of this study is to construct the evaluation index of Juvenile Taiji Push-hands dan system,and provide a reference for the following more detailed rank system.The construction of the evaluation index system helps to promote the standardization and professionalization of Taiji pushers,boost vitality of martial arts projects in schools and society,promote and inherit the national traditional sports culture,and orient Taiji pushers.Research methods are as following: firstly,using the literature method,field survey method,and expert interview method to collect materials and determine the initial indexes;secondly,using Delphi method to conduct a questionnaire survey of 15 experts in China;finally,using the entropy weight and mathematical statistics to caculate the weight of each index.The finial indexes of Juvenile Taiji Push-hands dan system are 8 first-level indicators and 46 second-level indicators.Conclusions: The weights of the first-level indicators from the most important to least are: Taiji Pushing Hands Skills(E)0.1445-Taiji Gongfa(H)0.1286-Taiji Pushing Hands Etiquette(B)0.1255-Taiji Pushing Hands Theory(C)0.1238-Physical Quality(A)0.1228—Basic Martial Arts Theory(D)0.1207—Tai Chi Push Hands Sparring Practice(G)0.1170—Tai Chi Push Hands Tactics(F)0.1170.The launch(E3)in secondary index of Taiji push hands skill has the highest proportion;the Zhuanggong(H1)in secondary index of Taiji work Gongfa has the highest share;the holding fist salute(B2)in Taiji push hands etiquette has the highest proportion;the Taiji push hands theory(C5)in the Taiji push-hands has the highest proportion;speed quality in physical qualities(A2)has the highest proportion;basic martial arts training methods(D4)in basic martial arts theory has the highest proportion;four positive push hands(G3)in Tai Chi Push Hands Sparring Practice has the highest proportion;the offensive tactics(F1)in the Tai Chi pusher tactics accounts for the highest proportion.Suggestions:(1)The actual combat is not easy to be quantified,so the next step is to remove actual combat as an indicator to evaluate the dan system.Since Taiji pusher is a confrontation project,it is more convincing to evaluate it by actual combat and indicators.(2)In the daily practice of Taiji Pushing Hands,the knowledge of the technical system and martial arts should be placed on an important level,and the practitioners should focus on both moral and artistic cultivation.(3)Paying attention to connecting the physical development of teenagers with the practice of pushing hands to promote the all-round development of teenagers.
