With the development of sports in modern times, Wushu Sanda, which were firstly originated in China, are gradually stepping into the big stage of world fighting as a newly exercise. Recently, because of great improvement of training and the successfully organized competitions, all kinds of fighting skills have experienced an unprecedented development. As the result of some multi-fighting factors, the technical style of Chinese Wushu has lost its leading place. Both in skills and training methods, the culture of traditional Chinese Whshu has its own unique style and charm. In order to maintain the traditional strengths of the Chinese Wushu Sanda, we should absorb more excellent traditional martial arts techniques and training methods. As a heart of Chinese martial arts culture. Tai Jiquan is not only including many excellent skills, but abundant theory as well. What’s more, both Push Hands and Sanda belong to Fighting Class, and the two may learn from each other on paper. In this paper, according to many years of training and competition experience, based on many documents and game videos, firstly, the author theoretically analyzed the respective characteristics of Push Hands and Sanda and found out the contacts of the two between skills and rules, then concluded that Push Hands were similar to Sanda in many aspects. On the one hand. Kung Fu of Push Hands has an active effect on Sanda skills, especially in Falling. On the other hand. Push Hands can also help improve athletes" Falling ability. Finally, the author used some examples to demonstrate the views above.After a series of analysis and appraisal, the author has also drawn out some train programs about how to absorb Push Hands into Sanda. as follows:helping players learn Tai Jiquan Forms:doing some Plate-hand and fixed-step exercises in training courses:increasing live-step exercises in wrestling training sessions. And the author ’s advice are below: encouraging Sanda to absorb more excellent traditional Wushu techniques and training methods; Sanda athletes should be equipped with a professional Tai Jiquan instructor. From all of the above, the author hope that Chinese Wushu should continue to maintain its leading place and finally promote sustainable and healthy development.
