Analysis Of The Use Of Techniques In The Women’s Team Final Of The 14th National Games In Wushu Sanshou

In recent years,due to the vigorous development of Wushu Sanda sports,the competition level of Chinese women’s Sanda sports has been greatly improved.Through literature analysis,expert interviews,video observation,mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods,this paper investigates and analyzes the application of Wushu Sanda women’s team competition techniques in the 14 th National Games of my country,and summarizes the current high-level competition of Chinese outstanding women’s Sanda athletes.The current situation,characteristics and existing problems of technology use in competitions,and some countermeasures are given in this regard,hoping to contribute to the rapid development of women’s Sanda sports in my country and the level of competition.The specific content of this paper includes the current situation,characteristics and development trend of the application of Chinese Wushu Sanda techniques,as well as the application and effects of Sanda techniques such as boxing,leg,wrestling,stepping down,and combination in the 14 th National Games Chinese Wushu Sanda women’s team final.The statistics and analysis of the research results are as follows.1.In the technical application of the Wushu Sanda women’s team competition in the 14 th National Games,the number of times a single technique is used is leg method,boxing method,and throwing method,and the success rate is from high to low.,boxing method;the combination technique with the highest usage rate is the boxing and leg combination,and the boxing and wrestling combination with the highest success rate;in the technique of falling off the stage,the usage rate and the number of successful times of falling off the stage are the first,and the success rate of knocking off the stage is the highest.2.In the technical scores of the 14 th National Games Wushu Sanda women’s team competition,the total number of technical scores and the average score per game of the leg technique are far higher than other techniques.;Most of the way to win the game is to win by points.3.In the 52 KG level competition of Wushu Sanda women’s team in the 14 th National Games,the application of boxing,leg,and wrestling techniques and their effects were relatively balanced.The 60 KG level competition has significantly more use of boxing,leg and throwing techniques than other levels,and the advantage of the leg technique effect is obvious;the 70 KG level competition has an obvious advantage in the success rate of boxing and throwing techniques.4.Based on the technical analysis of the 14 th National Games Wushu Sanda women’s team competition,put forward some suggestions for taking leg technique as the core,attaching importance to the practice of wrestling technique,and strengthening the practice of combination technique.
