Today,has been the sports industry development era.In the field of tennis,commercial tennis club is the development direction of socialization and industrialization of tennis.China's sports industry is still in the early stage of development,but it is playing an increasingly important role in the economic society.As a sunrise industry,sports industry and all sectors of society go forward side by side.Three-line,must be my teacher.This paper draws on the customer relationship management(CRM)system from the financial industry and applies it to the development of commercial tennis clubs.This article takes the construction of the customer relationship management system of a commercial tennis club as the research object,and studies the current status of the club 's operation through the literature data method,field observation method,model analysis method,rapid prototype method,comparative analysis method,and logical analysis method Implemented a commercial tennis club CRM system.From the discussion of business tennis club to the discussion of customer relationship management;From the operation needs of commercial tennis clubs to the design and construction of CRM system of commercial tennis clubs.In this paper,the main functions of commercial tennis clubs are embodied in: member management module,label training module,activity management module and data analysis and statistics module.In the limited space of this paper,two problems of traditional tennis clubs are solved from the perspective of operation structure: difficult training and difficult competition.Through the label management of members,the operation architecture of the club is reorganized.This paper hopes to help the tennis club improve the management and operation efficiency with the help of this system,so as to retain the sports population for the tennis project.
