The level of coaching teaching and training is directly displayed in the athlete's competition level.The strict and complete high-level track and field coach training system has an indirect impact on athletes' preparation and competition,especially the selection,training and system of young sports talents.Scientific training at the training stage has an important impact on the success of adult athletes.Therefore,it is very necessary to construct a trainer linkage training system and a level certification system that are in line with the characteristics of the athlete's growth law,and it is also an important issue that needs to be solved to improve the professional ability of coaches.Track and field coaches,as the leaders and controllers of China 's track and field teams and professional teams,have a direct influence on the level of track and field training and the effects of competitive training.Therefore,it can be seen that it is very urgent and necessary to vigorously develop the innovative training of coaches.In order to promote the renewal of the knowledge system of high-level coaches in China's track and field,further improve the overall quality and coaching level of coaches in the first-level team of track and field in China,better master the international advanced training concepts,learn leading competition training methods,and reasonably control the rules of project training,The China Track and Field Association has launched a training and innovation training program for high-level coaches in China in the face of front-level coaches in provinces and cities across the country.It took more than 7 years and achieved good results and played an important role in promoting the improvement of the level of competition.However,for grassroots practitioners who account for a large proportion of track and field coaches,there is still no research and method innovation on how to implement professional systematic training and update the knowledge system.To this end,this study starts with investigating the current situation of high-level track and field coach training.Surveyed the relevant staff of the three levels,aimed to find the shortcomings,so as to find a solution to the problem,and provide a reference for the innovation of the track and field coach training system.This study used research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,and took the opportunity of training and competition to survey 215 first-level coaches and 239 first-,second-and third-level coaches respectively.Conclusions and recommendations are as follows:1.In recent years,China 's track and field athletics level has been continuously improved.Thanks to the increasing attention paid by the Chinese Track and Field Association to the training of track and field coaches,through continuous exploration and research on the current situation of training of track and field coaches in China,we can learn from foreign advanced experience and learn from domestic It was the first to launch a high-level coach training innovation training project,which took more than 7 years and achieved fruitful results,but how to further improve the degree of training content into training practice is still a key issue to be considered in the future.2.A survey of high-level coaches participating in the training found that although there was a slight increase in personnel,it was relatively fixed;the internal and external integration of the teaching staff,the training effect could meet the requirements of most students;But,Team levels are uneven,and coaches to train top-level athletes are still lacking,and there is an urgent need to strengthen the construction of coach echelons and systematic training at different levels.3.The training of high-level coaches in track and field in China has lasted 7 years.The scope of participation in the training of coaches is relatively small.To expand the training base of track and field reserve talents,it is necessary to expand the training target group,reform the existing training system and model,and strengthen The training of the second-and third-level coaches can also allow more first-level coaches to go deeper into the second-and third-level teams as lecturers,and even bring training guidance.Cooperative linkage is an inevitable trend for future development.4.The feasibility survey on the joint training of first-,second-,and third-level track and field coaches has further confirmed that grass-roots coaches have fewer opportunities to participate in high-level professional training,and the urgency of obtaining professional training is strong.The feasibility of implementing a Linkage Training organization is high.However,their needs for lecturer conditions,teaching content,and organizational form are closer to the actual work,and they hope that high-level excellent coaches will conduct teaching courses,which provides a reference basis for the future implementation of Linkage Training courses,lecturer selection,and other organizational work.5.Reforming and integrating the training of existing track and field coaches in China,drawing on the training systems of the World Athletics Federation and other competitive sports powers,and constructing a system of coach education and level certification systems in line with China's national conditions,which is conducive to the hierarchical training of coach talent It is also conducive to the systematic continuity of athlete training.6.Refining the training outline,standardizing the training content and level requirements,starting the instructor certification training,and rigorous assessment standards are the main tasks in the future to implement Linkage Training and docking level certification.
