Research On The Linkage Mechanism Of The Training Of Reserve Talents In The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Traditional Track And Field School

The linkage mechanism for the training of reserve talents in traditional Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei track and field schools has been put forward in the context of the concerted development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Since the concerted development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in 2014 has officially risen to an important national strategy,the process has continued to advance.At present,there is no coordinated development in the training of reserve talents in traditional track and field schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and the linkage mechanism for the training of reserve talents in traditional track and field schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has been established to promote coordinated development.Based on the research methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,expert evaluation and so on,this paper designs the linkage mechanism of reserve talents cultivation of traditional track and field schools in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and designs the scheme according to the linkage mechanism.The findings are as follows:(1)The traditional track and field schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are more uneven in geographical distribution.The traditional track and field schools in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are concentrated in Dongcheng District,Wuqing District and Shijiazhuang City.(2)In the training of reserve talents in traditional track and field schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the number of training sessions conducted each week is mainly concentrated in 3-6 times.Each training time is mainly concentrated between 1.5 and 2.5 hours.The development of training programs is mostly focused on class training.Program and weekly training plan.(3)13.02% of athletes from traditional track and field schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei have participated in national competitions,62.22 % have participated in provincial(city)level competitions,and almost all track and field team athletes participate in district(county)level competitions and school competitions.(4)In the age structure of traditional track and field teachers in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,53.47 % of the teachers in Beijing were concentrated at the age of 30-39,and the traditional track and field schools in Tianjin were relatively balanced.45.60 % of the teachers in Hebei Province were mostly aged 40-49;43.57 % of Beijing participating teachers,52.81 % of Tianjin participating teachers,and 56.80 % of Hebei participating teachers are first-level titles;The number of years of coaching teachers in traditional track and field schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was 29.71 % in 0-5 years,Tianjin was relatively balanced,and 36.80 % in Hebei Province was 16-20 years.In terms of the number of training exchanges attended by teachers from traditional track and field schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Beijing has the highest number of 3-4 times in Tianjin and Hebei.(5)The traditional school training teachers in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei track and field have adopted more methods of selecting and selecting from the competition,and there are fewer materials for other methods;Beijing,tianjin-ji track and field traditional school track and field sports team student satisfaction on Beijing and Tianjin can basically satisfy,Hebei is slightly worse.(6)In terms of satisfaction of traditional school venues and equipment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei track and field,Beijing has a high satisfaction of 64.36 %,followed by Tianjin,and Hebei Province is poor;In terms of funding operation,38.6 % of traditional track and field schools in Beijing are above average,relatively good,followed by Tianjin,and Hebei is poor;The leadership of the traditional track and field school in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei still attaches importance to track and field training.(7)Under the background of the concerted development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the traditional school training teachers of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei track and field have a high understanding of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports,and they also support the training of reserve talents for traditional track and field schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.(8)The linkage mechanism of reserve talents training in traditional track and field schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is mainly constructed from five aspects,including: motivation mechanism,organization mechanism,decision-making mechanism,guarantee mechanism and supervision mechanism.(9)According to the established Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei track and field traditional school reserve talents training linkage mechanism,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei track and field traditional school inter-school competition and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei track and field traditional school track and field summer camp program are designed.
