Background: According to the characteristics of soccer sports,in the daily training and competition, youth soccer players adopt one side as the supporting leg and the other side as the kicking leg for a long time, resulting in the imbalance of muscle strength on both sides of the lower limbs over time.In the long-term training and competition, youth soccer players rely too much on one side, and when they complete the movements in the training and competition, they are likely to have movement compensation and thus cause sports injuries. The training method of correcting the muscle imbalance of both sides of the lower limbs was added into the daily training plan of youth soccer players to correct the muscle imbalance of both sides of the lower limbs of youth soccer players,so as to improve the athletic performance of youth soccer players and reduce the sports injury caused by action compensation.Aim: To examine the effectiveness of the training method to correct the imbalance of lower extremity and lateral muscle strength in young soccer players.Object: all the members of team 03 of Shanghai SIPG FC.Design: Based on the isokinetic muscle testing,single-leg jump,single-leg lateral jump around and leg surrounded degree measurement was carried out on the Shanghai SIPG FC on 03 players on both sides of lower limb muscle strength test, after the test screening on both sides of lower limb strength differences over standard range(8%-10%)players as the subjects, randomly divided into 2 groups: a group for experimental group,a group for the control group. The subjects underwent an 8-week intervention training, which mainly included unilateral training and its movement patterns(left and right sides),core and balance training and resistance training. The intervention training lasted 90 minutes each time, twice a week, every Tuesday morning and every Thursday afternoon. After the 8-week intervention training, the same test method was used to test the team again to verify the effectiveness of the 8-week corrective training program.During the 8-week intervention training, the subjects in the control group followed the team training plan, and the strength training was mainly about the self-weight and the solid ball.During the 8-week intervention training, the control group and the experimental group remained consistent except for the different training contents on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Results: After 8 weeks of intervention training, the paired sample T test was performed on the results of the isometric muscle strength test of 60°/s of the extensor and flexion joints for 8 weeks before and after the intervention training. The results showed that both peak moment flexion and peak moment elongation showed significant differences in the experimental group(P<0.05,P=0.02),while neither peak moment flexion nor peak moment elongation showed significant differences in the control group(P>,0.05,P=0.06).The paired sample T test was performed on the results of one-leg jump and one-leg lateral jump before and after the 8-week intervention training between the experimental group and the control group. The results showed that after 8 weeks of intervention training, both the single-leg jump and single-leg lateral jump scores of the experimental group showed significant differences(P<0.05,P=0.024).After 8 weeks of intervention training, the single-leg jump and single-leg lateral jump scores of the control group showed no significant differences(P>,0.05,P=0.21).The paired sample T test was performed on the left and right leg circumference of the control subjects before and after the 8-week intervention training. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the circumference of left and right lower legs of the control group before and after the 8-week intervention training(P>,0.05,P=0.14).Conclusion:(1)The difference between left and right sides of knee flexion and extension isokinetic force 60°/s peak moment decreased in the experimental group after 8 weeks of corrective training. The difference between the left and right sides of the leg hop and the side hop of the leg was reduced in the experimental group after 8 weeks of correction training.(2)After 8 weeks of corrective training, lower limb resistance training was carried out on the experimental group, which significantly improved the lower limb explosive force performance of the experimental group.(3)After 8 weeks of intervention training, the results of single-leg jump and single-leg lateral jump of the experimental group were improved.(4)The 8-week orthodontic training did not significantly increase the muscle circumference of the left and right crus of the experimental group.
